Claims (10)
1. Способ введения в действие способа эпоксидирования этилена, включающий
контактирование уплотненного каталитического слоя, содержащего катализатор эпоксидирования на основе серебра, который содержит помимо серебра металл группы IA и одно или более легирующих веществ, улучшающих селективность, выбранных из рения, молибдена и вольфрама, или предшественник катализатора, содержащий серебро в катионной форме, с сырьем, содержащим кислород, при температуре каталитического слоя выше 260°С в течение периода времени самое большое 150 ч и
последующее снижение температуры каталитического слоя до значения самое большое 260°С.
2. Способ по п. 1, где катализатор содержит помимо серебра рений или его соединение, дополнительный металл или его соединение, выбранный из группы из металлов группы IA, металлов группы IIA, молибдена, вольфрама, хрома, титана, гафния, циркония, ванадия, таллия, тория, тантала, ниобия, галлия, германия и их смесей, и возможно рениевый сопромотор, выбранный из одного или более из серы, фосфора, бора и их соединений, на материале носителя.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где температура выше 260°С находится в интервале от 260 до 290°С, в частности, от 265 до 280°С.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где температуру катализатора поддерживают выше 260°С в течение периода времени от 1 до 30 ч, в частности, от 2 до 20 ч.
5. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где сырье, которое контактирует с катализатором при температуре выше 260°С, содержит этилен в количестве от 5 до 70 мол.%, в частности, от 10 до 50 мол.%; насыщенный углеводород (если вообще имеется) в количестве от 0 до 70 мол.%, в частности, от 10 до 60 мол.%; и кислород в количестве от 0,5 до 15 мол.%, в частности, от 1 до 12 мол.%.
6. Способ по п. 5, где сырье содержит дополнительно органический галогенид, в частности, хлоруглеводород при концентрации в интервале от 1·10-4 до 30·10-4 мол.%, в частности, от 1,5·10-4 до 20·10-4 мол.%, рассчитанной на основе содержания галогена по отношению к общему сырью.
7. Способ по п. 6, где кислород вводят в сырье одновременно с органическим галогенидом.
8. Способ эпоксидирования этилена, включающий
контактирование каталитического слоя, содержащего высокоселективный катализатор эпоксидирования на основе серебра или предшественник катализатора, содержащий серебро в катионной форме, с сырьем, содержащим кислород, при температуре каталитического слоя выше 260°С в течение периода времени самое большое 150 ч и последующее снижение температуры каталитического слоя до значения самое большое 260°С и контактирование катализатора с сырьем, содержащим этилен и кислород.
9. Способ по п. 8, где сырье, содержащее этилен и кислород, дополнительно содержит органический хлорид и возможно нитрат- или нитритобразующее соединение.
10. Способ получения 1,2-диола, эфира 1,2-диола или алканоламина, включающий превращение оксида олефина в 1,2-диол, эфир 1,2-диола или алканоламин, где оксид олефина был получен способом эпоксидирования этилена по п. 8 или 9.
