Abstract
【解決手段】 (a)(アクリル酸アルキル/ジアセトンアクリルアミド)コポリマー、及び、(b)(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C1−18)/アルキル(C1−C8)アクリルアミド)コポリマーから選択される少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とするインクジェットプリンタ用インク組成物。

Description
本発明のインク組成物に配合される色材としては、白色顔料、着色顔料、体質顔料等の無機顔料、染料、レーキ、有機顔料等の有機合成色素及び天然色素、真珠光沢顔料、機能性顔料などが挙げられる、
真珠光沢顔料の代表例は雲母チタンである。
機能性顔料としては、フォトクロミック顔料、窒化ホウ素、合成フッ素金雲母(合成マイカ)、複合化微粒子粉体などが挙げられる。
本発明のインク組成物における無機顔料の配合量は、1〜30質量%、好ましくは2〜20質量%、より好ましくは5〜20質量%である。
本発明のインク組成物における溶媒としては、水又は水性媒体が好ましい。水性媒体とは、水と水溶性溶媒の混合物を意味する。
本発明のインク組成物は、界面活性剤を配合することにより安定性を更に向上させることができる。
分散性及び再分散性の評価は、各組成物を顕微鏡で観察し、凝集物の有無等を確認することにより実施した。
ヘッドの詰まりの評価は、各組成物をインクジェットプリンタに充填し、テスト印刷用画像を実際に印刷して、抜けやかすれの有無等を確認することにより実施した。

Claims (4)
- (a)(アクリル酸アルキル/ジアセトンアクリルアミド)コポリマー、及び、(b)(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C1−18)/アルキル(C1−C8)アクリルアミド)コポリマーから選択される少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とするインクジェットプリンタ用インク組成物。
- (a)(アクリル酸アルキル/ジアセトンアクリルアミド)コポリマー、及び、(b)(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C1−18)/アルキル(C1−C8)アクリルアミド)コポリマーの両方を含有する、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- (a)(アクリル酸アルキル/ジアセトンアクリルアミド)コポリマー、及び、(b)(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C1−18)/アルキル(C1−C8)アクリルアミド)コポリマーが、アミノメチルプロパノール(AMP)塩である、請求項1又は2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記(a)(アクリル酸アルキル/ジアセトンアクリルアミド)コポリマーを0.01〜5質量%;
前記(b)(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C1−18)/アルキル(C1−C8)アクリルアミド)コポリマーを0.01〜5質量%;
無機顔料を1〜30質量%;
エタノールを1〜20質量%;
多価アルコールを5〜60質量%;
界面活性剤を0.01〜5質量;及び
水を含有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のインク組成物。
