喷墨打印机用墨组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷墨打印机用墨组合物。更详细而言,涉及一种墨组合物,其为能够使用喷墨打印机在化妆品表面线型地描绘包含细微的文字或图形的花纹的墨组合物,且配合的颜料等的粉末(再)分散性优异,不易发生打印头的堵塞。
背景技术
通过在粉底、香粉、眼影、或胭脂等固体化妆品的表面描绘包含文字或图形等的花纹而进行装饰。
在专利文献1中,在粉底等固体化妆品本体的表面更优选通过喷涂与化妆品本体不同颜色的装饰剂形成装饰层,对该装饰层照射激光进行加工而实施装饰。然而,在该方法中,仅能够表现化妆品本体与装饰层的2色,为了实施需要昂贵的激光加工装置。
也考虑到使用印刷技术实施装饰,也存在使用印戳印刷(stamp print)或软布印刷(tampo print)的例子,但缺乏描绘的清晰度,难以描绘200μm以下的纤细的线。在专利文献2中记载有使用静电印刷的方法在化妆品表面进行描绘的方法,但必需设置有印刷用图案的网版,存在形成的图画的边缘部模糊的问题。
在专利文献3中公开有通过喷墨印刷而在表面进行印刷的化妆品,该化妆品为在表面形成白色墨水层、在其上通过着色墨水而描绘者。然而,以往的喷墨用墨水存在若配合的颜料等粉末成分的(再)分散性降低,则发生喷墨打印机的喷嘴的堵塞的问题。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明为鉴于上述现有技术的缺点而完成的,其目的在于提供一种喷墨打印机用墨组合物,其为用于使用喷墨打印机在化妆品表面等进行描绘的墨组合物,颜料等的分散性及再分散性优异,而且仅包含能够配合在化妆品的成分。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明者等人进行锐意研究,结果发现通过选择特定的物质作为配合于墨水的分散剂,能够实现粉末的(再)分散性优异而不易发生喷嘴的堵塞的墨组合物,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种喷墨打印机用墨组合物,其特征在于,其含有选自(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物及(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物的至少1种。
发明的效果
本发明的墨组合物通过含有上述特定的阴离子性丙烯酸树脂,从而颜料等粉末成分的分散性及再分散性优异,不易产生粉末成分的凝集等,因此不易发生喷墨打印机的喷嘴的堵塞。另外,由于能够经由喷墨打印机在化妆品或化妆基材的表面印刷,因此能够清晰地描绘宽度约100μm以下的纤细的线。
有将制品的制造时等中的粉末的分散容易性称为“分散性”,将制造后因静置而沉淀的粉末的再分散容易性称为“再分散性”而加以区分的情况,但在本说明书中未明确地区分两者,“(再)分散性”的术语解释为包含“分散性”及“再分散性”的两者的性质。

具体实施方式
本发明的墨组合物含有:选自(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物(以下也称为“a成分”)及(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物(以下也称为“b成分”)的至少1种作为必须成分。
(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物及(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物为阴离子性的丙烯酸系聚合物,在本发明的墨组合物中,更优选以AMP(aminomethylpropanol,氨基甲基丙醇)盐的形态进行配合。
本发明中的(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物AMP可使用市售品,例如可列举:Plascize L-6330(互应化学工业株式会社制造)等。同样地,作为(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物AMP的市售品,可示例Plascize L-9909(互应化学工业株式会社制造)等。这些为依据准药品原料标准(外原规)2006中的“丙烯酸链烷醇胺液”能够配合于各种化妆品的成分。
认为本发明中的a成分及b成分在墨组合物中发挥作为分散剂的作用。作为喷墨打印机用墨水中的分散剂,自以往一直使用聚醚改性硅酮、聚甘油改性硅酮、聚醚丙烯酸改性硅酮、聚甘油丙烯酸改性硅酮、硅酮丙烯酸、聚羧酸、聚羧酸盐、丙烯酸共聚物、取代丙烯酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸盐等(例如,参照专利文献3的段落0018),本发明者等人首次发现通过配合上述a成分及b成分的至少一者、更优选两者作为分散剂,粉末成分的(再)分散性明显提高,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的墨组合物中的a成分及b成分的配合量合计为0.02~10质量%,优选为0.1~5质量%,更优选为0.2~3质量%。
作为各个配合量,a成分为0.01~5质量%,优选为0.05~2.5质量%,更优选为0.1~1.5质量%,b成分为0.01~5质量%,优选为0.05~2.5质量%,更优选为0.1~1.5质量%。
本发明的墨组合物只要包含上述a成分或b成分的任一者,则达成良好的(再)分散性,但通过组合a成分与b成分的两者加以配合,墨水的干燥得以抑制,防止打印头的堵塞的效果进一步提高,因此较佳。
另外,除上述a成分及b成分以外,也可配合其他分散剂,a成分、b成分及其他分散剂的合计配合量较佳设为上述的范围内(0.02~10质量%,优选为0.1~5质量%,更优选为0.2~3质量%)。
本发明的墨组合物除上述a成分及b成分以外,也可含有通常配合于喷墨打印机用墨水的各种成分。例如,可示例以下的成分。但更优选选自所有成分都能够配合于化妆品者。
<色材>
作为配合在本发明的墨组合物的色材,可列举:白色颜料、着色颜料、体质颜料等无机颜料、染料、色淀、有机颜料等有机合成色素及天然色素、珠光颜料、功能性颜料等。
无机颜料包括二氧化钛、氧化锌等白色颜料;氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、普鲁士蓝、铁蓝、锰紫、碳黑等着色颜料;云母、绢云母、滑石、高岭土、硅酸酐等体质颜料。
有机合成色素包括偶氮系染料、氧杂蒽系染料、喹啉系染料、三苯甲烷系染料、蒽醌系染料、靛蓝系染料、硝基系染料、芘系染料、亚硝基系染料等染料;红色202号、204号、206号、207号、208号及220号等色淀颜料;黄色5号、红色230号等染料色淀;偶氮系染料、靛蓝系染料、酞菁颜料等有机颜料。
天然色素包括类胡萝卜素系、类黄酮系、黄素系、醌系、卟啉系、二酮系及β-花青素系等色素。
珠光颜料的代表例为云母钛。
作为功能性颜料,可列举:光致变色颜料、氮化硼、合成氟金云母(合成云母)、复合细颗粒粉末等。
在本发明的墨组合物中,更优选配合无机颜料作为色材,白色颜料较佳使用二氧化钛、着色颜料较佳使用铁的氧化物。
本发明的墨组合物中的无机颜料的配合量为1~30质量%,更优选为2~20质量%,更优选为5~20质量%。
<溶剂>
作为本发明的墨组合物中的溶剂,更优选水或水性介质。水性介质意指水与水溶性溶剂的混合物。
作为水溶性溶剂,可列举:乙醇等(碳数6以下的)低级醇、甘油、双甘油、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、异戊二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、辛二醇等多元醇,及山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、赤藻糖醇等糖醇等。
上述水溶性溶剂能够配合一种或组合两种以上加以配合,尤其更优选组合1~20质量%的乙醇与5~60质量%的多元醇加以配合。
<表面活性剂>
本发明的墨组合物能够通过配合表面活性剂而进一步提高稳定性。
本发明中能够使用的表面活性剂并无特别限定,可自能够配合于化妆品者适当选择。例如可列举:聚氧乙烯型、多元醇酯型、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物型非离子性表面活性剂、阴离子性、阳离子性或两性的离子性表面活性剂等。作为具体例,可列举:聚氧亚乙基异硬脂基醚、聚氧亚乙基山萮醚、聚氧亚乙基单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚氧亚乙基/聚氧丙烯癸醚、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇异硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、失水山梨醇倍半异硬脂酸酯等,尤其优选列举聚氧亚乙基失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
本发明的墨组合物中的表面活性剂的配合量可设为例如0.01~5质量%,优选为0.02~2质量%,更优选为0.05~1质量%。
在本发明的墨组合物中,除上述成分以外,也可在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围配合通常配合于喷墨打印机用墨组合物的其他成分。作为其他成分,并无限定,可列举:水溶性高分子等水性增稠剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂等。
本发明的墨组合物能够按照喷墨打印机用墨水的制造通常所使用的方法进行制造。
通过将以如上所述的方式制造的本发明的墨组合物填充于喷墨打印机的墨盒,使其循环进行印刷,能够描绘以往难以达成的细微的线或对凹凸面、曲面进行描绘。喷墨打印机的喷嘴直径并无特别限定,更优选使用例如20~30μm者。
使用本发明的墨组合物进行描绘的对象例如可列举粉底、眼影、口红、胭脂、香粉、眉粉等固体化妆品作为典型例,但不限于这些,也可为假指甲等化妆用具。通过使用喷墨打印机通过本发明的墨组合物进行描绘,能够在凹凸面或曲面也印刷纤细而设计性优异的花纹或文字等。
实施例
以下,列举实施例进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些实施例限定。关于配合量,只要无特别说明则表示质量%。
依照下述表1~2所示的配方制备墨组合物,对于这些的分散性、再分散性、及填充于喷墨打印机进行印刷时的喷头的堵塞按照以下的方法及基准进行评价。将结果一并示于表1~2。
<评价方法>分散性及再分散性的评价为通过利用显微镜观察各组合物,确认凝集物的有无等而实施。
喷头的堵塞的评价为通过将各组合物填充于喷墨打印机,实际印刷测试印刷用图像,确认漏印或模糊的有无等而实施。

根据上述表1~2所示的结果可知:配合有二氧化钛作为染料的白色墨水及配合有铁的氧化物作为染料的所有着色墨水中均是,配合有a成分或b成分作为分散剂的实施例1及2相较配合有其他分散剂的比较例1~6(再)分散性优异,也未发生喷头的堵塞。另外,配合有a成分与b成分的两者作为分散剂的实施例3~5可见这些特性进一步提高的倾向。
将通过本发明的墨组合物使用喷墨打印机(喷嘴径20~30μm)在各种化妆品进行描绘的例子示于图中。图1及图2为在固体化妆品的表面进行描绘的例子,确认到通过本发明的墨组合物可描绘包含约50μm的细微的线的精密的花纹(设计图形)。图3为在假指甲的表面进行描绘的例子。若使用本发明的墨组合物,则在如假指甲的有曲面、凹凸的表面也能够纤细地描绘。

Claims (4)

1.一种喷墨打印机用墨组合物,其特征在于,其含有:选自(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物及(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物的至少1种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墨组合物,其含有:(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物及(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物的两者。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的墨组合物,其中,(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物及(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物为氨基甲基丙醇(AMP)盐。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的墨组合物,其含有:
所述(a)(丙烯酸烷基酯/二丙酮丙烯酰胺)共聚物0.01~5质量%;
所述(b)(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基(C1-18)酯/烷基(C1-C8)丙烯酰胺)共聚物0.01~5质量%;
无机颜料1~30质量%;
乙醇1~20质量%;
多元醇5~60质量%;
表面活性剂0.01~5质量%;及
水。
