Claims (8)
- 高い耐酸化性、高い耐浸炭性、長時間クリープ破断強度及び耐クリープ性を有する、スチーム分解のための管又はリフォーミングのための管用ニッケル−クロム−合金材料において、
0.4〜0.6%の炭素、
28〜33%のクロム、
17〜22%の鉄、
3〜4.5%のアルミニウム、
0.01〜1%のケイ素、
0.01〜0.5%のマンガン、
0.01〜1.0%のニオブ、
0.001〜0.5%のチタン、
0.001〜0.3%のジルコニウム、
0.001〜0.3%のイットリウム、
残部がニッケル及び不可避不純物
から成る、前記ニッケル−クロム−合金材料。 - 表面領域中で10〜40MPaの圧力で機械的に切削し、かつ引き続いて、加熱速度10〜100℃/hで400〜750℃の表面温度まで、600℃で10-20バールを下回る酸素分圧で、水蒸気、水素、炭化水素および希ガスから成る保護ガス下で凝縮物形成を回避しながら加熱することによる、請求項1記載の合金材料から成る管を少なくとも部分的にコンディショニングする方法。
- 圧力が15〜30MPaである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 表面領域の切削の際に、0.1〜0.5mmの深さで冷間加工する、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 加熱速度10〜100℃/hで400〜750℃の表面温度までの加熱、400〜750℃で1〜50時間の休止並びに10〜100℃/hの速度で操作温度までの最終的な加熱を含む、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 休止温度が550〜650℃である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 10−30barを下回る酸素分圧である、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 保護ガスが0.1〜10モル%の水蒸気、7〜99.9モル%の水素及び/又は炭化水素、並びに0〜88モル%の希ガスから成る、請求項2から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
