Description
図1に,第1の形態に係る二軸押出混練装置1を示す。また,図2には,図1に示すX−X位置での断面図を,図3には,図1に示すY−Y位置での断面図を示している。二軸押出混練装置1は,混練対象である混練材料を混練することにより,ペーストを製造することができるものである。本形態では,二軸押出混練装置1により,リチウムイオン二次電池の負極板の負極合剤層の形成に使用される負極ペーストを製造する場合について説明する。
次に第2の形態について説明する。本形態では,調整部によるハウジングの可動部の位置調整を,混練時における混練材料の粘度を指標する値を基に行う。

Claims (4)
- ハウジングの内部空間に供給された混練材料を混練する二軸押出混練装置において,
前記内部空間に並べて設けられた2つの回転軸と,
前記回転軸を回転駆動する回転駆動部と,
前記回転軸に設けられ,前記回転軸とともに回転することで混練材料を混練するパドルと,
前記パドルの径方向における外周面と対面する前記ハウジングの内壁面を含む,前記ハウジングの一部分を構成する部材である可動部とを有し,
前記可動部が,前記パドルに近づく向きおよび前記パドルから遠ざかる向きに移動させることができるものであることを特徴とする二軸押出混練装置。 - 請求項1に記載の二軸押出混練装置において,
前記可動部を移動させることで前記可動部の位置調整を行う位置調整部と,
混練材料の粘度を指標する粘度指標値を出力する粘度指標値出力部とを有し,
前記位置調整部が,
前記粘度指標値出力部が出力する前記粘度指標値に基づいて,前記可動部の位置調整を行うものであることを特徴とする二軸押出混練装置。 - ハウジングの内部空間に供給された混練材料を混練する二軸押出混練装置を用いた電極ペーストの製造方法において,
前記二軸押出混練装置として,
前記内部空間に並べて設けられた2つの回転軸と,
前記回転軸を回転駆動する回転駆動部と,
前記回転軸に設けられ,前記回転軸とともに回転することで前記混練材料を混練するパドルと,
前記パドルの径方向における外周面と対面する前記ハウジングの内壁面を含む,前記ハウジングの一部分を構成する部材である可動部とを有するものを用い,
前記混練材料として,
活物質と結着材と溶媒とを用いることで電極ペーストを製造することを特徴とする電極ペーストの製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の電極ペーストの製造方法において,
前記二軸押出混練装置として,
前記可動部を移動させることで前記可動部の位置調整を行う位置調整部と,
前記混練材料の粘度を指標する粘度指標値を出力する粘度指標値出力部とを有し,
前記位置調整部が,
前記粘度指標値出力部が出力する前記粘度指標値に基づいて,前記可動部の位置調整を行うものであるものを用いることを特徴とする電極ペーストの製造方法。
