Claims (20)

前記供給ルーメンの前記壁にあり、前記吸引ルーメンの内部と流体連通するオリフィスであって、前記オリフィスが前記吸引ルーメンの前記開放遠位端の近位に配置され、かつ前記供給ルーメンの前記閉鎖遠位端に隣接して配置され、加圧された流体が前記供給ルーメンを通って吸い出される場合、前記オリフィスがスプレーパターンを生成するように構成され、前記吸引カテーテルの遠位端が水性環境に浸される場合、前記スプレーパターンが前記吸引ルーメンの前記内壁面上に衝突するようにする、オリフィスと、
流体源まで前記吸引カテーテルの前記供給ルーメンに結合するように構成された第1の導管、および前記第1の導管に連結され、駆動ユニットに着脱自在に結合するように構成されるポンプ構成要素を含むチューブセットであって、前記駆動ユニットから動作が前記ポンプ構成要素に伝達されて、結果として生じる前記ポンプ構成要素の動作によって、流体が前記流体源から前記吸引カテーテルの前記供給ルーメンを通り、かつ前記オリフィスを通って前記吸引ルーメンの中に注入されるようにする、チューブセットと
を備える、血栓を吸引するためのシステム。 - 前記水性環境が、約36℃〜38℃の間の温度である、請求項1に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記ポンプ構成要素が、ピストンを備える、請求項1に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記ピストンが、供給シリンダおよび注入シリンダ内部に摺動可能に包含され、前記ピストンが、前記供給シリンダの中に駆動すると同時に前記注入シリンダの外に駆動するように構成され、もって、前記注入シリンダが、前記流体源から供給される前記流体の体積を増加させ、前記ピストンが、前記注入シリンダの中に駆動すると同時に前記供給シリンダの外へ駆動するように更に構成され、もって、前記注入シリンダが、前記流体源から供給される前記流体を前記吸引カテーテルの前記供給ルーメンの中に注入することによって前記体積を減少させる、請求項3に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記ピストンが、一方向弁を含む内側穴を含む、請求項4に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記スプレーパターンが、前記吸引ルーメンの垂直正中線の各方向に、約1°〜約45°の間の角度によって画定される、請求項1に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記スプレーパターンが、前記吸引ルーメンの垂直正中線の各方向に、約20°〜約35°の間の角度によって画定される、請求項6に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記供給シリンダと前記注入シリンダとの間の利用可能な体積比率RUが、約1.15〜約2.00の間である、請求項1に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記供給シリンダと前記注入シリンダとの間の利用可能な体積比率RUが、約1.25〜約1.85の間である、請求項8に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
- 前記吸引ルーメンの前記開放遠位端が、最遠位部分および最近位部分を含み、前記オリフィスの軸線方向中心が、前記吸引ルーメンの前記開放遠位端の前記最近位部分に対して約0.3302mm〜約0.4826mm近位にある、請求項1に記載の血栓を吸引するためのシステム。
