Claims (13)
- 吸引カテーテルを具備する、血栓を吸引するためのシステムであって、
前記吸引カテーテルが、
近位端および遠位端を有する供給ルーメン、ならびに近位端および開放遠位端を有する吸引ルーメンと、
前記供給ルーメンの前記遠位端に、または前記遠位端に隣接する位置にあり、前記吸引ルーメンの内部と流体連通し、前記吸引ルーメンの前記開放遠位端の近位側に位置する開口であって、前記供給ルーメンを通して加圧流体が圧送されるとジェットを生成するように構成されている開口と、
前記吸引ルーメンの前記近位端に流体的に結合されたコネクタであって、内部キャビティ、近位端、および遠位端、ならびに前記近位端および前記遠位端の間に配置された第1のサイドポートおよび第2のサイドポートを有するコネクタと、
負圧を検出するために前記コネクタの前記内部キャビティ内に配置された圧力センサであって、前記供給ルーメンを通して圧送される加圧流体の供給を制御するコントローラであって、前記圧力センサが負圧を検出しないときに、供給を停止するコントローラに接続された圧力センサと、
を備え、
前記開口が、前記供給ルーメンを囲む管状構造の遠位端のまたは前記遠位端の近くの壁にある円周方向に延びるスリットを備える、システム。 - 前記スリットが、前記吸引カテーテルの長手方向軸線の方向に向く幅と、前記管状構造の外面上に周方向に向くアーク長とを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記幅が、約0.0010インチ~約0.0025インチである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コネクタが、該コネクタの前記内部キャビティと連通する前記第1のサイドポートであって、前記吸引カテーテルの前記吸引ルーメンと流体連通する前記第1のサイドポートを含み、前記第1のサイドポートが、前記コネクタの前記遠位端から前記コネクタの前記近位端までの途中に、内面の第1の中断部を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のサイドポートに対して遠位にある前記内面が円筒形状となっている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のサイドポートが、前記供給ルーメンと流体連通する、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のサイドポートの前記第1の中断部に対して近位の位置に、前記第2のサイドポートが、前記内面の第2の中断部を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 吸引カテーテルを具備する、血栓を吸引するためのシステムであって、
前記吸引カテーテルが、
近位端および遠位端を有する供給ルーメン、ならびに近位端および開放遠位端を有する吸引ルーメンと、
前記供給ルーメンの前記遠位端に、または前記遠位端に隣接する位置にあり、前記吸引ルーメンの内部と流体連通し、前記吸引ルーメンの前記開放遠位端の近位側に位置する開口であって、前記開口は、前記供給ルーメンを通して加圧流体が圧送されるとジェットを生成するように構成されており、円周方向に延びるスリットを有する開口と、
前記吸引ルーメンの前記近位端に流体的に結合され、内面を有する内部キャビティ、近位端、および遠位端を有するコネクタであって、前記コネクタは、前記コネクタの前記内部キャビティと連通する第1のサイドポートであって、前記吸引カテーテルの前記吸引ルーメンと流体連通する第1のサイドポートと、前記供給ルーメンと流体連通する第2のサイドポートとを含み、前記第1のサイドポートが、前記コネクタの前記遠位端から前記コネクタの前記近位端までの途中に、前記内面の第1の中断部を備えるコネクタと、
負圧を検出するために前記コネクタの前記内部キャビティ内に配置された圧力センサであって、前記供給ルーメンを通して圧送される加圧流体の供給を制御するコントローラであって、前記圧力センサが負圧を検出しないときに、供給を停止するコントローラに接続された圧力センサと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記第1のサイドポートの遠位にある前記内面が円筒形状となっている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のサイドポートが、前記第1のサイドポートの前記第1の中断部に対して近位の位置に、前記内面の第2の中断部を備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引ルーメンが第1のチューブを通って延び、前記供給ルーメンが第2のチューブを通って延び、前記第2のチューブが前記第1のチューブ内に収容されている、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のチューブが、前記供給ルーメンの前記遠位端にある固定位置、または前記遠位端に隣接する固定位置で前記第1のチューブに固定され、前記第2のチューブが、前記固定位置と前記コネクタとの間で前記第1のチューブに固定されていない、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引ルーメンが、ガイドワイヤを配置するように構成されている、請求項8~12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
