Description

Claims (11)
- 哺乳動物の肉体の筋組織の中に物質を導入するために、長手方向軸線の方向に延びる通路を有するプローブとともに使用する注入装置であって、
プローブとともに使用するようになっていて、かつ、前記プローブの通路の中に挿入することが可能な外径を有し、かつ、内径を有する管状部材(127)と、
前記管状部材内(127)に滑動自在に配置され、かつ、外径を有する中央部を含むニードル組立体(132)とを備え、
前記管状部材(127)、前記ニードル組立体(132)は、それぞれが近位端及び遠位端を有しており、前記管状部材(127)は、陥凹部(130)を形成する内側円錐面(129)を有する近位端(127a)を有しており、
前記ニードル組立体の遠位端には、ニードルが設けられ、前記ニードル組立体の遠位端は、前記管状部材の遠位端から伸張自在であり、
さらに、前記管状部材、前記ニードル組立体のそれぞれの近位端によって保持されて、前記ニードル組立体の近位端を前記管状部材の近位端にロックさせるようにしたロック手段が設けられており、
前記ロック手段は、前記ニードル組立体の近位端に設けられたハブ(134)を含んでおり、
前記ハブ(134)は、外側円錐面(138)を有しており、
前記内側円錐面(129)は、前記注入装置の長手方向軸線に対して傾斜しており、
前記外側円錐面(138)は、前記注入装置の長手方向軸線に対して傾斜しており、
前記外側円錐面(138)にはテーパ形状部が設けられており、前記外側円錐面(138)のテーパ形状部は、前記内側円錐面(129)のテーパ形状部と協働するように適合するようになっていて、
前記管状部材(127)の前記近位端(127a)は、末広がり状であり、かつ、圧力を付加したときに張出すようになっており、前記ハブ(134)は、前記陥凹部(130)に圧入されて、前記外側円錐面(138)の摩擦当接により前記内側円錐面(129)とロック状態になるようになっており、
前記ニードル組立体の中央部の外径は、前記管状部材の内径に近似しており、
前記ニードル組立体の中央部は、柱状強度を有しており、したがって、前記ニードルで前記筋組織を穿刺している間は、前記ニードル組立体は、前記管状部材の中で折れ曲がることがないようになっており、それによって、前記ニードルで前記筋組織を穿刺している間は、前記ニードル組立体が前記管状部材に対して相対的に後退するのを制限するようになっており、前記ニードル組立体の前記近位端と前記遠位端とが、相関的に移動するようになっている、
ことを特徴とする注入装置。 - 前記ニードルは金属で形成されており、前記ニードル組立体の中央部は、可塑材で形成されており、前記ニードル組立体の中央部は、遠位端がショルダーで終端しており、前記ニードルは、前記ショルダーから前方へ伸び出るようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ニードル組立体には通路が設けられており、少なくとも1個の光学素子が、前記通路に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1個の光学素子は、前記筋組織に光を供給する第1の光学素子と、前記筋組織からの反射光を受光する第2の光学素子とから成ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ニードルは、その遠位面が一平面に在り、前記少なくとも1個の光学素子は、その端面が前記遠位面の角度で傾斜しているとともに、前記遠位面と同一平面に在ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ニードル組立体は、長手方向軸線に沿って延び、前記ニードルは、その遠位面が、前記長手方向軸線に対して25度よりも大きい角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記遠位面は、前記長手方向軸線に対して、30度の角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ニードル組立体は、長手方向軸線に沿って延び、前記ニードルは、その遠位面が長手方向軸線に対して或る角度で傾斜し、ニードルには前記遠位面と交差して先鋭な尖端を形成する傾斜が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 生体適合性化合物および生体適合性溶剤を含む少なくとも1種の溶液の供給源を更に備えており、前記供給源は前記ニードル組立体の近位端に接続されて、哺乳動物の体内の前記筋組織に移植片を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体適合性化合物としては、生体適合性プレポリマーが挙げられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記生体適合性化合物と前記生体適合性溶剤を含む前記少なくとも1種の溶液としては、2.5重量パーセントから8.0重量パーセントの範囲の生体適合性重合体と、10重量パーセントから40重量パーセントの範囲の水不溶性の生体適合性造影剤と、52重量パーセントから87.5重量パーセントの範囲の生体適合性溶剤とを含む化合物が挙げられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
