Abstract

本发明公开了一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针,包括硅胶管,硅胶管内设有引导针,引导针两侧设有空腔,空腔内设有隔膜,将空腔分为若干小室,小室内置有液体,其中,位于引导针一侧的若干小室内置有CT对比剂,位于引导针另一侧的若干小室内置有MRI对比剂。本发明采用活体内植入特别设计的硅胶定位针,并通过多平面重建技术,达到不同的影像资料和病理资料的同步比较,可广泛用于肿瘤实验研究。

一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针
技术领域
本发明涉及一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针。
背景技术
目前,功能影像学的发展使CT和MRI能够测量越来越多的功能性指标,如血流灌注参数,反映氧供情况的参数。实际应用时,为与组织病理学切片或免疫组化切片图像做到一一对应,准确的评价其效果,需要一种可靠的同步定位装置和方法。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明提供了一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针,包括硅胶管,硅胶管内设有引导针,引导针两侧设有空腔,空腔内设有隔膜,将空腔分为若干小室,小室内置有液体,其中,位于引导针一侧的若干小室内置有CT对比剂,位于引导针另一侧的若干小室内置有MRI对比剂,包绕每个小室的硅胶管制成不同颜色。
所述置有CT对比剂的小室有5-20个,置有MRI对比剂的小室与CT对比剂的小室数量相同。小室内对比剂的浓度可以根据情况和需求来确定。
优选的,置有CT对比剂的小室有10个,其中,每个小室内CT对比剂的浓度(碘浓度)依次为:300mg/ml,150mg/ml,75mg/ml,40mg/ml,20mg/ml,10mg/ml,5mg/ml,2.5mg/ml,1.25mg/ml,0.625mg/ml;相对应地,置有MRI对比剂的小室也有10个,其中,每个小室内MRI对比剂的浓度依次为:0.5mol/L,0.25mol/L,0.125mol/L,0.0625mol/L,0.03125mol/L,0.02mol/L,0.01mol/L,0.005mol/L,0.0025mol/L,0.00125mol/L。
所述硅胶管外缘设有至少一个缺口,方便识别所用。当需要多个定位针时,可选用不同缺口数的针,以便区别。
所述置有CT对比剂的小室与置有MRI对比剂的小室的硅胶壁的颜色不相同,以便区别。
制备时,预先将CT对比剂和MRI对比剂置于小室内,然后密封。
使用时,将荷瘤动物麻醉,根据精度需要将2-3根将定位针插入瘤体内,拔除引导针,即可根据需要进行CT或MRI扫描显像,定位针在断层图像上显示为信号强度梯度变化的标记,根据对应的信号强度,可知道CT和MRI显像的相对位置,并可据此进行图像的重叠(或融合);在处死动物以后,将瘤组织取出,经常规病理组织切片后,与CT或MRI对比剂小室相对应的硅胶壁呈现不同的颜色,故可知道病理切片与CT或MRI扫描结果的相对位置。
本发明采用活体内植入特别设计的硅胶定位针,并通过多平面重建技术,达到不同的影像资料和病理资料的同步比较,可广泛用于肿瘤实验研究。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针,包括硅胶管1,硅胶管1内设有引导针2,如图1、图2、图3所示,引导针2两侧设有空腔3,空腔3内设有隔膜5,将空腔3分为若干小室6,小室6内置有液体,其中,位于引导针2一侧的若干小室6内置有CT对比剂,位于引导针2另一侧的若干小室6内置有MRI对比剂。
置有CT对比剂的小室有10个,如图3所示,其中,每个小室内CT对比剂的浓度(碘浓度)依次为:300mg/ml,150mg/ml,75mg/ml,40mg/ml,20mg/ml,10mg/ml,5mg/ml,2.5mg/ml,1.25mg/ml,0.625mg/ml;相对应地,置有MRI对比剂的小室也有10个,其中,每个小室内MRI对比剂的浓度依次为:0.5mol/L,0.25mol/L,0.125mol/L,0.0625mol/L,0.03125mol/L,0.02mol/L,0.01mol/L,0.005mol/L,0.0025mol/L,0.00125mol/L。
所述硅胶管外缘设有缺口,方便识别所用。

Claims (5)

1.一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针,其特征在于:包括硅胶管,硅胶管内设有引导针,引导针两侧设有空腔,空腔内设有隔膜,将空腔分为若干小室,小室内置有液体,其中,位于引导针一侧的若干小室内置有CT对比剂,位于引导针另一侧的若干小室内置有MRI对比剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种CT、MRI同步检测定位针,其特征在于:所述置有CT对比剂的小室有5-20个,置有MRI对比剂的小室与CT对比剂的小室数量相同。
