Claims (15)
- 車両サスペンションスプリング(5)のためのスプリングサポート(3)を含むサスペンションシステム(1)であって、前記車両サスペンションスプリング(5)を支持するスプリングプレート(7)が、車両構造の高さ調整の目的で、その位置について圧力媒体供給部(47〜63)によって任意に調整可能である、前記サスペンションシステムにおいて、
前記スプリングサポート(3)がハイドロニューマチックスプリング(45)として構成されており、該ハイドロニューマチックスプリングの油圧体積が空圧式の貯蔵要素(43)に対しても同様に調整可能であることを特徴とするサスペンションシステム。 - 前記スプリングプレート調整(9;11)のための圧力媒体と、前記ハイドロニューマチックスプリング(45)の油圧媒体とが同一であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 当該サスペンションシステムが、前記スプリングプレート調整(9;11;45〜63)のためにも、また前記ハイドロニューマチックスプリング(45)のための油圧媒体の供給のためにも、共通の圧力媒体ポンプ(15)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 当該サスペンションシステム(1)が、調整可能な装置(49;51)への少なくとも2つの圧力媒体管路と、流出管路(53)と、ポンプ管路(47)とを備えており、全ての管路(47〜53)が切換弁装置(57〜63;83)によって作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記切換弁装置(57〜63)が、少なくとも、2つの前記圧力媒体管路(47〜53)のために分離された複数の切換弁(57〜63)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記切換弁装置が切換弁ブロック(83)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のサスペンションシステム。
- リングシリンダ(11)とリザーバ容器(17)の間の前記圧力媒体管路(49)が、少なくとも流れ方向において前記リザーバ容器(17)へ作用する絞り(87)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記スプリングプレート(7)が走出ストッパ(37)に対して調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 軸方向に可動な前記スプリングプレート(7)が段形状(73)を備えており、該段形状が、前記スプリングサポート(3)の相補的な段形状(69)と共に圧力媒体で満たされたリングシリンダ(11)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 軸方向に可動な前記スプリングプレート(7)が、前記リングシリンダ(11)を端部側でシールする、軸方向に離間した2つのリングシール(77;79)を支持していることを特徴とする請求項9記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 当該サスペンションシステムが、調整可能な前記スプリングプレート(7)の圧力媒体供給のための優先回路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 当該サスペンションシステム(1)が、高さ位置の検出のために高さセンサ(67)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記スプリングサポート(3)が振動ダンパとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記振動ダンパが少なくとも1つの調整可能な減衰弁(29)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のサスペンションシステムの動作のための方法において、
前記ハイドロニューマチックスプリング(45)が一定の負荷において維持され、及び変化する走行状況がバネ定数に関して一定に維持されることを特徴とする方法。
