Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態に係る面状照明装置の外観の一例を示す斜視図である。図1の例に示すように、実施形態に係る面状照明装置10は、上フレーム11と、下フレーム12と、光学シート13とを備える。なお、実施形態に係る面状照明装置10は、更に、図1では図示されていないが、後述する導光板14と、板ばね20と、複数のLED(Light Emitting Diode)30も備える。ここで、上フレーム11は、面状照明装置10を平置きにした状態での上側に位置するフレームであり、下フレーム12は、下側に位置するフレームである。
上述した実施形態では、板ばね20が1つの場合について説明したが、板ばね20の数は複数でもよい。そこで、板ばね20の数が複数の場合の実施形態を、実施形態の第1の変形例として説明する。なお、以下の説明では、板ばね20の数が2つである場合を例に挙げて説明するが、板ばね20の数は、3つ以上であってもよい。また、上述した実施形態と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して、説明を省略する場合がある。
上述した実施形態及び第1の変形例では、導光板14の形状が矩形状であり、板ばね20が導光板14の90度の角(コーナー)の部分を、押圧する場合について説明した。しかしながら、導光板14の形状が、矩形以外の形状(いわゆる異形状)であってもよい。このとき、板ばね20は、90度の角の部分以外の導光板14の部分を押圧してもよい。そこで、このような実施形態を、実施形態の第2の変形例として説明する。なお、上述した実施形態や第1の変形例と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して、説明を省略する場合がある。

Claims (7)
- 側面から入射された光を出射面から出射する導光板と、
前記導光板を囲む枠を有するフレームと、
前記導光板と前記枠との間に設けられ、前記導光板を第1の方向及び前記第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向に押圧する板ばねと、
を備える、面状照明装置。 - 前記板ばねは、前記導光板から力を加えられた場合に、前記出射面に対して垂直な方向に変形しないように構成されている、請求項1に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記板ばねは、ステンレス鋼を含んで構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記出射面側に配置される光学シートを更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記板ばねは、前記フレームの内側のコーナーに設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記板ばねは、1つの前記コーナーに設けられる、請求項5に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記導光板は、前記光が入射される側面に複数の凸部が形成され、前記板ばねにより前記導光板が押圧されると、当該複数の凸部が前記フレームに当接し、
前記凸部間に配置され、前記側面に入射される光を発する光源を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の面状照明装置。
