Claims (2)
- 水供給源からの水を定温に調整して加工装置へ供給する定温水供給装置であって、
水供給源から供給された加工用の水を貯留する第1貯留タンクと、該第1貯留タンクから加工装置へ水を送出する第1送出ポンプと、該第1貯留タンクから該加工装置に至る第1流路上の該第1送出ポンプよりも下流に配設され水の温度を所定温度に調整する水温調整手段と、該加工装置の駆動部冷却用の水を貯留する第2貯留タンクと、該第2貯留タンクから該加工装置へ水を送出する第2送出ポンプと、該加工装置内の駆動部冷却後の水を該第2貯留タンクへ戻して循環させる循環流路と、該第1流路上の該水温調整手段の下流で該第1流路から分岐して第2貯留タンクに連通して形成され該第2貯留タンクに該所定温度に調整された水を供給する定温水供給流路と、該第1流路から該定温水供給流路への分岐箇所に配設された第1電磁弁と、該第2貯留タンクから該加工装置に至る第2流路上の該第2送出ポンプよりも下流で該第2流路から分岐して形成され該第2貯留タンクの水を外部へ排水するための排水流路と、該第2流路から該排水流路への分岐箇所に配設された第2電磁弁と、少なくとも該第1電磁弁及び該第2電磁弁の開閉を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
該制御手段は、該第2貯留タンクから排水するタイミングを管理するタイミング管理部と、該第1電磁弁及び該第2電磁弁の開閉を制御する電磁弁制御部と、を備え、
所定のタイミングで、該第2電磁弁を開とし該第2貯留タンク内の水を所定量排水すると共に、該第1電磁弁を開とし該第1流路内の該水を該第2貯留タンクに所定量供給して、循環する駆動部冷却水内に侵入した不純物濃度を上昇させないことを特徴とする定温水供給装置。 - 該第2貯留タンクから該加工装置に至る第2流路上の該第2送出ポンプよりも下流に配設され水を所定温度に冷却する冷却手段を備える、請求項1記載の定温水供給装置。
