Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る工作機械の切削液供給装置の概略構成を示す図であり、図2は、図1に示す工作機械の切削液供給装置における制御構成を示すブロック図である。図1に示す工作機械の切削液供給装置100は、貯留タンク2に貯留されている切削液Fを工作機械1へ供給する装置である。
なお、ここでは、切削液Fによって工作機械1の構造体10を冷却する場合について説明する。また、第1温調機器24及び第2温調機器25は、それぞれ切削液Fの加温と冷却とが可能な機能を有するものとする。

Claims (1)
- ベッドと、前記ベッド上に設けられるコラムと、前記コラムに設けられる主軸ヘッドとを有する構造体と、切削液を吐出する少なくとも1つの吐出口とを有する工作機械と、
前記工作機械に供給する前記切削液を貯留する貯留タンクと、
前記貯留タンクと前記吐出口とを繋ぐ切削液流路と、
前記貯留タンク内の前記切削液を前記切削液流路に送液するように前記切削液を加圧する少なくとも1つのポンプと、を備える工作機械の切削液供給装置であって、
前記構造体の温度を検出する少なくとも1つの温度センサと、
前記温度センサにより検出された前記構造体の温度が所定温度になるように、前記貯留タンク内の前記切削液の温度を調節する少なくとも1つの温調機器と、を更に備え、
前記切削液流路は、前記主軸ヘッドの内部又は外表面を通り、前記切削液と前記主軸ヘッドとが熱交換可能に設けられる第1の切削液流路と、前記コラムの内部又は外表面を通り、前記切削液と前記コラムとが熱交換可能に設けられる第2の切削液流路と、前記ベッドの内部又は外表面を通り、前記切削液と前記ベッドとが熱交換可能に設けられる第3の切削液流路とを有し、
前記温調機器は、前記第1の切削液流路及び前記第2の切削液流路にそれぞれ供給される前記切削液の温度を調節する第1の温調機器と、前記第3の切削液流路に供給される前記切削液の温度を調節する第2の温調機器とを有し、
前記第1の温調機器及び前記第2の温調機器は、前記切削液の温度を独立して調節可能である、工作機械の切削液供給装置。
