Abstract
Description
本発明に係る、ゴムクローラの製造方法によれば、製造時に生じ得る、抗張体の変形を抑制することができる。
この場合、ゴム突起および本体を一体化させるための型が不要になる。
Claims (2)
- 一部の表面が半加硫状態に残るように未加硫ゴムを加硫して、半加硫面を有するゴム突起を得る、ゴム突起形成工程と、
少なくとも前記ゴム突起が配置される配置予定箇所が半加硫状態に残るように、抗張体が埋設された未加硫ゴムを加硫して、半加硫面を有する本体を得る、本体形成工程と、
前記ゴム突起形成工程および前記本体形成工程に次いで、前記ゴム突起の半加硫面を前記本体の半加硫面に合わせて前記ゴム突起を前記本体に配置したのち、前記ゴム突起および前記本体を加硫することで一体化させる、ゴムクローラ形成工程と、
を備える、ゴムクローラの製造方法。 - 前記ゴムクローラ形成工程は、高温・高圧に制御可能な空間内で前記ゴム突起および前記本体を加硫する、請求項1に記載のゴムクローラの製造方法。
