Claims (27)
- 携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電するための携帯用充電装置の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステムであって、
少なくとも一つのコントローラと
前記少なくとも一つのコントローラに結合された少なくとも一つの通信モジュールと、を備え、前記少なくとも一つのコントローラは、
前記携帯用充電装置によって充電される携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の認証に関する情報を受信し、
前記受信された認証に関する情報に基づいて、前記携帯用充電装置に前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電させることに関する決定を行い、
前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡するための充電に関する情報を記録または通信するように構成されている、携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。 - 前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡するための前記充電に関する情報を記録または通信することは、前記受信された認証に関する情報に基づいて前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電させることに関する前記決定に基づいている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのコントローラはさらに、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が認証に関する前記情報に基づいて認証された場合に、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。
- 前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電させることは、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電させることを可能とする信号を送信することを含む、請求項3に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。
- さらに、
前記携帯用充電装置の少なくとも一方の端子と、前記携帯用充電装置の電源とに結合されたスイッチであって、前記携帯用充電装置のセキュリティシステムコントローラによって生成される制御信号によって作動されるように構成されるスイッチを備え、前記コントローラは:
前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電を可能とするように前記制御信号を送信し、これにより前記制御信号は、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が認証に関する前記情報に基づき認証された場合に、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電するために前記携帯用充電装置から電流を流させるような回路を完成するためにスイッチを閉鎖させ、
前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記携帯用充電装置から切断されると、前記携帯用充電装置から充電を提供しないように前記信号を送信し、これにより前記制御信号は、前記スイッチに前記回路を遮断させて前記携帯用充電装置から電流が流れることを妨げるように構成されている、請求項4に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのコントローラは、前記携帯用充電装置と前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置との間で送信される近距離通信(NFC)の無線信号を通じて認証に関する前記情報を受信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのコントローラはさらに、
前記携帯用充電装置によって提供される、または前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置により受け取られる充電量に基づいて、前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのコントローラはさらに、
前記携帯用充電装置または前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に関連付けられたユーザアカウントに基づいて、前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのコントローラはさらに、
前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電するために前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況に関する情報を外部機器と通信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのコントローラはさらに、
前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況に関する情報を、前記携帯用充電装置および前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の少なくとも一方に関連付けられたユーザアカウントと関連付けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。 - 前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の認証に関する前記情報は、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に関連付けられた車両および前記車両に関連付けられたユーザの少なくとも一方に関する情報である、請求項1に記載の携帯用充電装置セキュリティシステム。
- 携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置セキュリティシステムにおける方法であって、
携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電するために前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置と接続される携帯用充電装置の認証に関する情報を受信し、
認証に関する前記受信された情報に基づいて前記携帯用充電装置から充電を行わせることに関する決定を行い、
前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡するために、前記充電に関する情報を記録または通信する、方法。 - 前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡するために前記充電に関する情報を記録または通信することは、認証に関する前記受信された情報に基づいて前記携帯充電装置から充電を行わせることに関する前記決定に基づいている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記携帯用充電装置が認証に関する前記情報に基づき認証された場合、前記携帯用充電装置からの充電を前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が受け取ることを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が充電を受け取ることは、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が充電されることを可能とする信号を送信することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- さらに、
前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置セキュリティシステムのコントローラによって生成される制御信号によって、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の少なくとも一つの端子と前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のセルとに結合されたスイッチを作動し、
前記携帯用充電装置が認証に関する前記情報に基づき認証された場合に、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電させるために前記携帯用充電装置から電流を流させるような回路を完成するためにスイッチを閉鎖させることによって前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に充電を可能とするような前記信号を送信し、
前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記携帯用充電装置から切断されると、前記スイッチに前記回路を遮断させて前記携帯用充電装置から電流が流れることを妨げることによって前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に充電を受け取らせないような信号を送信する、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記携帯用充電装置の認証に関する情報を受信することは、前記携帯用充電装置と前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置との間で送信される近距離通信(NFC)の無線信号を通じて認証に関する前記情報を受信することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置により受け取られた前記携帯用充電装置からの充電量に基づいて、前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記携帯用充電装置または前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に関連付けられたユーザアカウントに基づいて、前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況を追跡することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電するために前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況に関する情報を外部機器と通信することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記携帯用充電装置の使用状況に関する情報を、前記携帯用充電装置および前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の少なくとも一方に関連付けられたユーザアカウントと関連付けることを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯用充電装置の認証に関する前記情報は、前記携帯用充電装置に関連付けられた車両および前記車両に関連付けられたユーザの少なくとも一方に関する情報である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 電源を充電する充電装置と
前記電源と作動可能に結合されたセキュリティシステムと、を備えた携帯用充電装置であって、前記セキュリティシステムは、
近距離通信信号を通じて前記携帯用充電装置によって充電される携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の認証に関する情報を受信し、
前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の認証に関する前記受信された情報に基づいて、前記携帯用充電装置から前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置への充電を提供させる、あるいは前記携帯用充電装置から前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置への前記充電の提供を妨げるように構成されている、携帯用充電装置。 - 前記セキュリティシステムは、さらに、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の認証に関する情報のために前記セキュリティシステムからの要求を受信した応答または受信した応答の欠如に基づいて、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を充電するための前記携帯用充電装置からどれだけのエネルギーを放出するかを決定するように構成されている、請求項23に記載の携帯用充電装置。
- 前記セキュリティシステムは、さらに、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の認証に関する前記受信された情報に基づいて、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に前記携帯用充電装置による充電を受け取らせる制御信号を送信するように構成されている、請求項23に記載の携帯用充電装置。
- 携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置セキュリティシステムにおける方法であって、
セキュリティシステムコントローラによって、近距離無線通信信号を通じて携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のための充電装置の認証に関する情報を受信し、
前記充電装置の認証に関する前記受信した情報に基づいて、前記セキュリティシステムコントローラによって前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を放電させるか、前記セキュリティシステムコントローラによって前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の放電を妨げることを含む、方法。 - 前記充電装置の認証に関する前記受信された情報は、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の検出された充電レベルが増加する前に認証が行われることなく前記検出された充電レベルが増加していることを示す情報であり、前記セキュリティシステムは、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記検出された充電レベルが増加する前に前記認証が行われることなく前記検出された充電レベルが増加していることを示す前記情報を受信することに応答して、前記携帯用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の放電を妨げるように構成されている、請求項26に記載の方法。
