本発明は、皮下構造を修正し、セルライトの出現を減少させるための手術道具、及びインプラント器具に関する。
さらには、本発明の治療法は、周知の脂肪除去法や、スキンタイトニング法、皮膚を厚くする方法等と組み合わせて使用することができる。
この治療は、周知の脂肪除去法や、スキンタイトニング法、皮膚を厚くする方法等と組み合わせて使用することができる。
治療薬は、局所麻酔薬(鎮痛薬)、抗生物質、また類似の医療目的で使用される治療薬の組み合わせ等を含む。場合によっては、ポート2201の代わりに、真空発生源と接続する吸引ポートを設置してもよく、そうすることで流体を吸引し、流体の蓄積を最小限にすることができる。
好ましくは、ワイヤ2203の出口を、先端部2205とそこから3cmほど基端部側へ離れた箇所の間に配置する。実施形態によっては、ワイヤの尖った面が切断器具102の先端部2205側を向いてもよく、その場合は、切断器具をその先端部方向に動かすことで切断が行われる。他の実施形態としては、ワイヤの尖った面が先端部2205とは反対の基端部側を向くようにしてもよく、その場合、切断器具をある先端部側位置から引き戻すことで切断が行われる。場合によっては、ワイヤの両端を尖鋭化して、どちらの方向に動かしても切断が行われるようにしてもよい。任意であるが、切断ワイヤ2203を、切断中の一連のスイープ動作の中で段階的に展開してもよい。そうすることで、一回のスイープ動作毎にワイヤが少しずつ押し出され、広い切開(ダイセクション)面を形成することができる。図22Bが示すのはワイヤの尖鋭化されていない部分であり、図22Cは半尖鋭化部分、図22Dは、切断器具102から展開された時の十分に尖鋭化した端部である。ポート2201は、治療領域に液体を投与するのに使用してもよいし、線維隔壁の切断時や脂肪組織の破壊時に治療領域から組織を吸引するのに使用してもよい。
Claims (15)
- 低侵襲性皮膚治療装置であって、
陥凹部を共同で形成する周囲立上り部および頂部を有し、前記周囲立上り部および前記頂部の内側部分で前記陥凹部側を向く対向面を形成するハンドピースと、
前記周囲立上り部の側面を貫通して前記陥凹部に通ずる通路と、
少なくとも一部が前記通路を通って前記陥凹部内へと延びるように構成された器具と、
前記ハンドピースに作動的に連結されたガイドトラックであって、当該ガイドトラックと接する前記器具の一部を拘束して、所定経路に沿って動くようにするとともに、前記器具の先端部を、前記陥凹部内において、前記ハンドピースの前記頂部とほぼ平行な面内で、且つ前記所定経路によって画定される所定の形状の領域内で協働して動かすようにする、ガイドトラックと、
を備えた低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記通路の内側に設けられるとともに前記陥凹部に面する挿入口をさらに備え、前記挿入口は、前記器具の先端部が前記通路を通って前記陥凹部内に侵入している時に前記器具の回動支点となり、
前記通路は前記周囲立上り部の外側に向けて拡がっており、これにより前記挿入口に通された前記器具の先端部が一方向に動く時、前記通路の外側に位置する前記器具の基端部が反対方向に動く、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記ガイドトラックを有し、前記ハンドピースに作動的に連結されたプラットフォームと、
前記器具に作動的に連結されたガイドピンであって、前記器具が前記所定経路に沿って動くように前記ガイドトラックに摺動可能に嵌合するガイドピンと、
をさらに備えた、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項3の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記プラットフォームは、前記ハンドピースに固定され、前記ハンドピースの底端部にほぼ直交することを特徴とする低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項3の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記ガイドトラックは、前記プラットフォームの頂部に形成された溝を形成することを特徴とする低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項3の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記ガイドトラックは、前記プラットフォームの縁部の輪郭によって形成されること特徴とする低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項3の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記ガイドトラックがアンダーカット部を有するとともに、前記ガイドピンが拡張頭部を有し、前記拡張頭部と前記ガイドトラックの前記アンダーカット部との間の干渉によって、前記ガイドピンが前記所定経路に沿って移動できるようにするとともに、前記拡張頭部が前記ガイドトラックから外れることを防止する、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記器具が、
切断ブレードと、
前記切断ブレードに連結され、前記切断ブレードを往復運動させる往復運動モータと、
を備えている、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項8の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記器具はスリーブをさらに備え、
前記切断ブレードは、少なくとも部分的に摺動可能に前記スリーブ内に配置されている、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記器具は、注入器具およびノズルを備え、
前記ノズルは、前記ハンドピースの前記頂部に平行な方向において流体を排出するとともに、流体が前記ノズルを介して前記注入デバイスから注入される際の流体の運動エネルギーを増大させるよう構成されている、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
エラストマー隔壁をさらに備え、
前記エラストマー隔壁は、前記器具によって貫通されるとともに、器具が引き抜かれるときにほぼ自動的に孔が閉じるよう構成されており、これによって、前記陥凹部に真空状態を作り出したときに前記陥凹部からの真空漏れをほぼ防ぐ、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
ガイドピンを有し、前記器具が取り付けられる支持アームをさらに備え、
前記ハンドピースに作動的に連結された前記ガイドトラックは、前記ハンドピースの前記頂部の表面に配置されて、前記支持アームの前記ガイドピンを摺動可能に受け入れ、それによって前記ガイドトラックは、前記ガイドピンおよび前記支持アームの前記所定経路に沿う動きを促す、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
前記器具は針であり、
前記皮膚治療装置は、
ポンプと、
前記ポンプと流体連通する注入液の供給源と、
をさらに備え、
前記針は前記ポンプと流体連通して、前記陥凹部内の組織に対して前記注入液を注入する、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項13の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、前記針は、
内腔部と、
皮膚を穿刺する先端と、
前記内腔部と連通する、少なくとも二つの注入ポートと、
を備え、
前記注入ポートは、前記針の外面に沿って直線状に設けられ、前記針の側面と面一である、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項13の低侵襲性皮膚治療装置において、
グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェイスを有するマイクロプロセッサであって、前記ポンプが、組織に注入された流体の量を示す情報をマイクロプロセッサに伝達するように構成されている、マイクロプロセッサをさらに備え、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、流体成分の濃度および患者の体重のうちの少なくとも一つを示す情報を入力することをユーザに促すようにグラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェイスを使用するよう構成されており、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、患者の体重と、流体成分の濃度と、注入された流体の量と、に基づいて、最大注入可能量を決定するための論理回路を有しており、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、流体注入量が、最大注入可能量よりも小さい、予め定められた閾値を超えた場合に、グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェイスに少なくとも一つの警告メッセージを表示させるように構成されており、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、流体注入量が最大注入可能量に達した場合、注入を停止することをポンプに指示するよう構成されている、低侵襲性皮膚治療装置。
