Abstract

Description

Claims (11)
- 複合材料を含む膜であって、
前記複合材料が、
60重量%から80重量%のケイ素粒子;
一種または複数種の炭素相;
を含み、
前記一種または複数種の炭素相が、
10%から25%の硬質炭素;
5%から20%のグラファイト粒子、を含み、前記一種または複数種の炭素相が前記膜を結び付け、前記ケイ素粒子が前記複合材料の全体にわたって分散され、前記複合材料が自立している、膜。 - 前記ケイ素粒子が、10nmから40μmの平均最大寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記複合材料が、70重量%から80重量%の前記ケイ素粒子を含む、請求項1または2に記載の膜。
- 一種または複数種の炭素相の少なくとも1つが、電気化学的に活性であり、かつ導電性である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 一種または複数種の炭素相の少なくとも1つが連続相である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記一種または複数種の炭素相が、5%から15%のグラファイト粒子を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 導電性粒子をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 金属粒子をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記複合材料が電気化学的に活性である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
