Abstract
Description
全固体電池を充電する充電部、
全固体電池に拘束圧を加える加圧部、及び
拘束圧を制御する圧力制御部、
を備え、
圧力制御部が、充電時の拘束圧が放電時の拘束圧よりも高くなるように、加圧部に指示する、
充電システムである。
全固体電池を充電する充電部、
全固体電池に拘束圧を加える加圧部、及び
拘束圧を制御する圧力制御部、
を備え、
圧力制御部が、車両の外部に存在し、加圧部よりも高い拘束圧を加えることが可能な外部加圧充電装置に、全固体電池の拘束圧に関する信号を送信するための通信部を備える、
充電システムである。
本発明の第1形態は、車両に搭載される全固体電池の充電システムであって、全固体電池を充電する充電部、全固体電池に拘束圧を加える加圧部、及び拘束圧を制御する圧力制御部、を備え、圧力制御部が、充電時の拘束圧が放電時の拘束圧よりも高くなるように、加圧部に指示する、充電システムを対象とする。
本発明の第2形態は、車両に搭載される全固体電池の充電システムであって、全固体電池を充電する充電部、全固体電池に拘束圧を加える加圧部、及び拘束圧を制御する圧力制御部、を備え、圧力制御部が、車両の外部に存在し、加圧部よりも高い拘束圧を加えることが可能な外部加圧充電装置に、全固体電池の拘束圧に関する信号を送信するための通信部を備える、充電システムを対象とする。
次のようにして、Ar雰囲気のグローボックス内で試験用全固体電池を作製した。
発電要素80に45MPaの拘束圧を加えた小型セル70を含む試験用全固体電池99を、試験開始前に25℃の恒温槽にて3時間静置した。充放電評価装置(TOSCAT−3200、東洋システム製)に配線91及び配線92を接続して、25℃、1気圧で、小型セル70を充放電させ、その後、定電流−定電圧充電で3.9Vまで充電した(終止電流1/100C相当)。10分間、休止した後、定電流(ΔI)放電を行い、初期と10秒後の電圧差(ΔV)を測定して、内部抵抗Rを、式:R=ΔV/ΔIから算出した。
発電要素80に45MPaの拘束圧を加えた試験用全固体電池99を、試験開始前に25℃の恒温槽にて3時間静置した。充放電評価装置(TOSCAT−3200、東洋システム製)を用いて、25℃、1気圧で、試験用全固体電池99を、定電流−定電圧放電で3Vまで放電した(終止電流1/100C相当)。10分間、休止した後、1.5Cの定電流充電を行い、5mV以上の電圧下降を発生させずに充電することができた容量を充電可能容量として測定した。

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載される全固体電池の充電システムであって、
前記全固体電池を充電する充電部、
前記全固体電池に拘束圧を加える加圧部、及び
前記拘束圧を制御する圧力制御部、
を備え、
前記圧力制御部が、充電時の拘束圧が放電時の拘束圧よりも高くなるように、前記加圧部に指示する、
充電システム。 - 前記圧力制御部が、前記車両の外部に存在し且つ前記加圧部よりも高い拘束圧を前記全固体電池に加えることが可能な外部加圧充電装置に、前記拘束圧に関する信号を送信するための通信部を備える、請求項1に記載の充電システム。
- 前記車両が渋滞に巻き込まれたときに、前記充電時及び放電時の間の前記拘束圧の差を、前記車両が通常走行を行っているときよりも小さくする、請求項1または2に記載の充電システム。
- 前記充電及び放電の切り替え時間が、10秒以内となるときに、前記充電時及び放電時の間の前記拘束圧の差を小さくする、請求項1または2に記載の充電システム。
- 渋滞予測システムとの通信部をさらに備え、渋滞が予測されたときに、前記充電時及び放電時の間の前記拘束圧の差を、前記車両が通常走行を行っているときよりも小さくする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の充電システム。
- 前記充電時及び放電時の間の前記拘束圧の差をゼロにする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の充電システム。
- 車両に搭載される全固体電池の充電システムであって、
前記全固体電池を充電する充電部、
前記全固体電池に拘束圧を加える加圧部、及び
前記拘束圧を制御する圧力制御部、
を備え、
前記圧力制御部が、前記車両の外部に存在し、前記加圧部よりも高い拘束圧を加えることが可能な外部加圧充電装置に、前記全固体電池の拘束圧に関する信号を送信するための通信部を備える、
充電システム。
