Claims (10)
- 汚染低減のための触媒複合物であって、

- 前記コアは、約5マイクロメートル〜約1mmの平均サイズを有する、請求項1に記載の触媒複合物。
- 前記外殻の前記粒子は、約10nm〜約100マイクロメートルの平均サイズを有する、請求項1に記載の触媒複合物。
- 前記外殻は、約10nm〜約100マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の触媒複合物。
- 前記コアは、アルミナ、希土安定化アルミナ、PGM含浸アルミナ、ジルコニア、希土類酸化物、アルカリ土類酸化物、および混合金属酸化物のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、

- 汚染低減のための触媒複合物の作製方法であって、
前記触媒複合物を提供するために、コア材料および外殻材料の混合物に、約30秒〜約5時間、約10℃〜約100℃の温度で機械的な融合を行うことを含み、
前記外殻材料は、活性触媒および収着材を含み、前記コア材料の前記外殻材料に対する粒径比は、少なくとも約10:1である、方法。 - 機械的な融合は、約1,000rpm〜約10,000rpmのロータ速度を使用して行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 機械的な融合は、約5分〜約1時間、約30℃〜約70℃の温度で行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
