Abstract

Claims (74)
- 子宮組織を検査する結合型ヒステロスコピー及び子宮内膜生検用の統合型内視鏡装置において、
近位端部と遠位端部とを具備しており且つ該遠位端部を患者の子宮頸を介して子宮内に挿入することを容易化させる寸法及び形態とされている長尺部材、
検査中の子宮組織を照明すべく適合されている光送給システム、
子宮内膜組織の回収を容易化させるべく位置されており寸法とされており且つ形態とされている該長尺部材における側部に面したサンプリング開口、
該長尺部材の該遠位端部に位置されている電子的イメージングモジュール、
流体を遠位方向に流れるべく送給しそれにより異物を該イメージングモジュールから遠ざけることにより該電子的イメージングモジュールを使用しての子宮組織の視覚的検査を改善させるために該長尺部材の該遠位端部に位置されている第1の遠位に面した流体開口、

流体を遠位方向に該一つ又はそれ以上の遠位に面した流体開口を介して流させてそれにより異物を該イメージングモジュールから離させてそれによって該支給組織の視覚的検査を改善させることを包含している方法。 - 請求項68において、該ハンドルが使用において容易な回転及び傾斜を容易化させるため低い全体的な軸づれプロフィルを持っており、且つ該ハンドルが該装置の複数個の特徴を制御するための2個又はそれ以上のボタンを包含している方法。
- 請求項68において、該ディスプレイモニター、ハンドル、及び取り付けられている長尺部材が整合して該長尺部材の長手軸周りを回転するように固定した関係で装着されている方法。
- 請求項68において、該統合型電子的ディスプレイモニターがタッチ感受性である方法。
- 請求項68において、該長尺部材が、更に、側部に面したサンプリング開口を包含しており、本方法が、更に、該サンプリング開口を介して子宮内膜組織を回収することを包含している方法。
- 請求項68において、該長尺部材が該近位端部において流体ハブ及び摺動型コネクタを包含しており、該コネクタが該ハンドルの該遠位端部と係合する形態とされておりそれにより光送給システム及び電子的イメージングモジュールと該ハンドル及びディスプレイユニットとのあいだの電気的接続を確立する方法。
