所述的带有手柄、视频摄像头及气管插管引导槽的喉镜片 1前端 108有照明 灯 105、 视频摄像头 104和加热去雾电路, 侧面有气管插管引导槽 109, 手柄卡 套 2通过阻尼旋转关节 3和液晶显示器 4相连接, 安装完成后, 液晶显示器 4 通过阻尼旋转关节 3可以旋转, 以适合各种人体状态的临床操作; 显示器 4和喉 镜片手柄之间可固定在旋转范围之间的任意角度, 方便操作时的观察。
所述带有手柄、视频摄像头及气管插管引导槽的喉镜片 1由喉镜外壳和壳体 盖密封构成, 壳体盖外侧有气管插管引导槽 109, 前端 108的 LED灯 105与壳体 101之间是密封的, 壳体 101内安装有视频摄像头 104、 影像信号处理电路和加 热去雾电路, 咽喉镜片前端 108安装有温度传感器 106和加热元件 107, 影像信 号处理电路将视频摄像头 104 输入信号处理后, 通过喉镜片上的导电触点 102 和手柄卡套 2连接至液晶显示器 4。
液晶显示器 4侧面设有工作开关 8和充电插座 7, 顶部设有工作指示灯 6, 并有电量指示灯 5。
将消毒过的带有手柄、视频摄像头及气管插管引导槽的喉镜片 1与手柄卡套 套接卡合, 按一下工作开关 8, 液晶显示器 4和照明 LED灯 105点亮。 如图 5、 图 6和图 7所示, 将视频喉镜片 1插入患者口腔, 影像传感器视 频摄像头 104和喉镜壳体 101内的影像信号处理电路将患者气管内的影像变换成 视频信号并显示于液晶显示器 4的显示屏上,操作者通过观察安装于手柄上的液 晶显示器 4暴露患者声门 11, 先将气管引导管芯 9通过气管插管引导槽 109插 入患者声门,然后将气管引导管芯 9通过气管插管引导槽 109边上的缺口从气管 插管引导槽 109脱出,将气管导管 10套入气管引导管芯 9,顺着气管引导管芯 9 将气管导管 10插入患者声门, 再将气管引导管芯 9抽出, 最后退出视频喉镜片 1, 完成整个气管插管插管过程。

Claims

权利 要求书
1、 一种用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 包括带有手柄、 视 频摄像头及气管插管引导槽的喉镜片、 手柄卡套和液晶显示器, 其特征在于: 所述气管引导槽是在带有手柄的喉镜片上设有弧形的气管插管引导槽,气管 插管引导槽中能穿插一根气管引导管芯,将气管导管套入气管引导管芯后, 导引 气管导管插入人体声门, 气管引导管芯能通过引导槽侧面的缺口和引导槽分离。
2、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述喉镜片上的气管插管引导槽, 是与喉镜片一体成型, 或能分离的。
3、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述喉镜片上的气管插管引导槽, 是在视频摄像头的侧面或下面。
4、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述气管插管引导槽槽体的横截面为腰型,两头半圆的半径 R大于上述气管 引导管芯的半径。
5、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述气管插管引导槽是带有槽口的管子, 或带有卡口的夹子、钩子, 带有槽 口的管子能容纳气管引导管芯, 带有卡口的夹子、钩子能卡住气管引导管芯进入 人体气管, 并能与其分离。
6、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述的手柄卡套和液晶显示器通过阻尼旋转关节活动连接。
7、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述的带有手柄、视频摄像头及气管插管引导槽的喉镜片和液晶显示器通过 套接式卡扣与手柄卡套连接, 能拆卸, 卡接后两者的电连接通过导电触点接通。
8、 按权利要求 1所述的用于困难插管的带气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜, 其 特征在于:
所述的带有手柄、视频摄像头及气管插管引导槽的喉镜片前端有照明灯、视 频摄像头和加热去雾电路。
9、 一种困难气道插管的引导气管插管方法, 其特征在于:
该引导气管插管方法的步骤如下:
步骤 1 : 将装有气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜片插入口腔并暴露声门;
步骤 2: 在视频喉镜监视下, 将一根气管引导管芯通过该气管插管引导槽导入声 门;
步骤 3: 将气管引导管芯通过气管插管引导槽槽口与引导槽脱离;
步骤 4: 将气管导管套入气管引导管芯, 并在视频喉镜监视下通过气管引导管芯 将气管导管经声门插入人体气管; 步骤 5: 在视频喉镜监视下将气管引导管芯从气管导管内抽出;
步骤 6: 将带有气管插管引导槽的视频喉镜片从喉部退出。
