Abstract

一次性可视宫腔吸引管,与负压吸引装置和显示装置配合使用,在该宫腔吸引管的管壁侧面开设有吸引通孔,在该吸引通孔和宫腔吸引管的前端之间设有一隔板,该隔板将宫腔吸引管分隔成吸引空腔和封闭的摄像空腔;在摄像空腔内设有摄像头和照明器件,摄像头和照明器件上方的管壁上设有透光盖板,摄像头的镜头的中心光轴与吸引通孔的中心法线之间的夹角β为锐角;摄像头和照明器件的信号连线设置在宫腔吸引管的管壁内,其特点是,摄像头的镜头为广角镜头。采用上述技术方案后,可以使得该一次性可视宫腔吸引管的视场角大于等于80°,便于操作人员观察到目标的全貌。

Description

一次性可视宫腔吸引管
技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械,更具体地说,涉及一种与负压吸引装置和显示装置配合使用的一次性宫腔吸引管。
背景技术
目前使用的一次性宫腔吸引管无法观察到子宫内的具体情况,只能凭借医生的临床经验,因而存在着吸宫盲操作、创伤面大的缺点,并容易引发感染及并发症,给患者带来诸多痛苦。另外,由于手术盲操作,原来医生靠导管触碰寻找胚胎,需等胚胎生长成一定大小后才能手术,使得患者的术前等待时间被大大延长。
为此,申请人设计了一种一次性可视宫腔吸引管,见2008年10月29日公告的CN201139619Y中国实用新型专利说明书。在该专利中,在该一次性可视宫腔吸引管的摄像空腔内设有摄像头和照明器件,该摄像头和照明器件上方的管壁上设有透光盖板。通过该摄像头,在手术操作时,借助相连接的显示装置,医生可以清楚地观察到患者宫腔内的具体情况,从而进行有针对性的操作。然而,采用上述现有技术,目标的物距仅2~3mm,可视范围较小,目标比例较大,使得操作人员不能观察到目标的全貌。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种具有更大视野范围的一次性可视宫腔吸引管。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一次性可视宫腔吸引管,与负压吸引装置和显示装置配合使用,在该宫腔吸引管的管壁侧面开设有吸引通孔,在该吸引通孔和宫腔吸引管的前端之间设有一隔板,该隔板将宫腔吸引管分隔成吸引空腔和封闭的摄像空腔;在摄像空腔内设有摄像头和照明器件,摄像头和照明器件上方的管壁上设有透光盖板,摄像头的镜头的中心光轴与吸引通孔的中心法线之间的夹角β为锐角;摄像头和照明器件的信号连线设置在宫腔吸引管的管壁内,其特点是,摄像头的镜头为广角镜头。
采用上述技术方案后,可以使得该一次性可视宫腔吸引管的视场角大于等于80°,便于操作人员观察到目标的全貌。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本实用新型的一次性可视宫腔吸引管100。如图所示,在该宫腔吸引管100的管壁3的侧面开设有吸引通孔4。在吸引通孔4和宫腔吸引管100的前端之间设有一隔板8,宫腔吸引管的另一端与负压吸引装置相连。隔板8将宫腔吸引管分隔成了吸引空腔1和封闭的摄像空腔2,从吸引通孔4吸入的液体和组织全部进入到吸引空腔1中。在摄像空腔2内设有摄像头5、照明器件6和上电触发的计数器9,在摄像头5和照明器件6上方的管壁上设有透光盖板7。其中,摄像头5的摄像头5的镜头为广角镜头,另外,最好采用凹透镜作为透光盖板,这样可以使得该一次性可视宫腔吸引管的视场角FOV(Field of View)大于等于80°,便于操作人员观察到目标的全貌。计数器9与一设置在该一次性可视宫腔吸引管之外的控制单元相连。该控制单元可以是单片机或可编程控制器件。该控制单元用于监测及改变计数器9的状态字,当控制单元判断上电读出的计数器的状态字与预设的状态字不同时,控制单元可以通过控制对摄像头5的电源供给,或者摄像头信号的通断,来实现对一次性可视宫腔吸引管摄像功能的失效控制,从而达到吸引管一次性使用的目的,避免重复使用造成感染。摄像头5的中心光轴X与吸引通孔的中心法线4之间的夹角β为锐角。较佳的是,照明器件6为发光二极管(LED),透光盖板7为一透明的盖板;摄像头5的镜头的中心光轴X与吸引通孔4的中心法线Y之间的夹角β为0°≤β≤85°。摄像头和照明器件的信号连线55设置在宫腔吸引管的管壁3内,信号连线55的一端56从管壁穿出后与显示装置相连。在一种优选实施方式中,隔板8紧靠吸引通孔4设置,摄像头5紧靠隔板8设置;摄像头5、发光器件6和计数器9集成在一块电路板上,电路板倾斜地固设于宫腔吸引管的管壁3上。
本实用新型的摄像头极小,因此对现有的一次性宫腔吸引管的结构改变很少。而且摄像头、发光器件和计数器可以集成在一块电路板上,形成一个摄像模块。只需将该摄像模块植入到现有的一次性宫腔吸引管的前端,并将摄像头上方的管壁改用透光材料即可。另外,摄像模块的引出线很少,不需要照明光纤,输出图像信号直接可接显示设备。摄像头紧贴吸引通孔设置,而且摄像头的光轴与吸引通孔的中心法线成一定夹角,使得所见即所吸。
本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,只需在原有宫腔操作设备旁增加一部显示装置即可投入使用。
虽然本实用新型的描述结合了特定的实施例,但是本领域普通技术人员应该理解本实用新型并不限于在此描述的实施例,并且可以进行修改和变化而不背离本实用新型的精神和范围。应该认为说明书的描述是示意性而非限制性的。

Claims (9)

1.一种一次性可视宫腔吸引管,与负压吸引装置和显示装置配合使用,在所述宫腔吸引管的管壁侧面开设有吸引通孔,在所述吸引通孔和所述宫腔吸引管的前端之间设有一隔板,所述隔板将宫腔吸引管分隔成吸引空腔和封闭的摄像空腔;在所述摄像空腔内设有摄像头和照明器件,所述摄像头和照明器件上方的管壁上设有透光盖板,摄像头的镜头的中心光轴与所述吸引通孔的中心法线之间的夹角β为锐角;摄像头和照明器件的信号连线设置在宫腔吸引管的管壁内;其特征在于,所述摄像头的镜头为广角镜头。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述透光盖板为凹透镜。
3.如权利要求2所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:在所述摄像空腔内还设有上电触发的计数器,该计数器与一设置在该一次性可视宫腔吸引管之外的控制单元相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述控制单元为单片机或可编程控制器件。
5.如权利要求4所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述摄像头、所述发光器件和所述计数器集成在一块电路板上。
6.如权利要求5所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述电路板倾斜地固设于所述宫腔吸引管的管壁上。
7.如权利要求5所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述发光器件为发光二极管。
8.如权利要求1所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述隔板紧靠所述吸引通孔,所述摄像头紧靠所述隔板。
9.如权利要求1所述的一次性可视宫腔吸引管,其特征在于:所述夹角为:0°≤β≤85°。
