Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 金属製ワークピースを加工処理及び硬化処理する方法であって、
− 被加工処理ワークピース(2)を工作機械(1)のワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプするステップと、
− 前記ワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプされた前記ワークピース(2)を金属切削処理するステップと、
− 加工処理され、かつ前記ワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプされた前記ワークピース(2)を加熱し、加熱され、かつ前記ワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプされた前記ワークピース(2)を極低温冷却媒体(41)によって急冷することによって、前記ワークピース(2)を硬化処理するステップと、
を備えて構成される、方法。 - 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)が、窒素、酸素、水素、ヘリウム、アルゴン、二酸化炭素、及び天然ガスを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの媒体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)が、前記加熱されたワークピース(2)に達した時に、−60℃より低い温度、特に−120℃より低い温度、特に−150℃より低い温度、そして特に−180℃より低い温度を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)が、気体として前記加熱されたワークピース(2)に達することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)が、液体として前記加熱されたワークピース(2)に達することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)が、液体として貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)によって、金属切削に使用される工具(36、55)が冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱と、特に前記急冷とが、前記ワークピース(2)の金属切削処理の間に行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプされた前記硬化処理されたワークピース(2)に対して、精密加工処理が行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温冷却媒体(41)によって、精密加工処理に使用される工具(36、55)が冷却されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記精密加工処理が、前記ワークピース(2)の急冷操作の間に行われることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピースホルダ(5)が、工作機械(1)のベースフレーム(3)に対して熱的に絶縁されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピース(2)がシャフト形状であり、両端にてワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプされることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのワークピースホルダ(5)が、前記クランプされたワークピース(2)の軸方向の膨張を補償するためにスプリング装着されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 力センサ(21)によって、少なくとも1つのワークピースホルダ(5)上において軸力を測定し、その軸力に応じて、前記クランプされたワークピース(2)の軸方向の膨張を、前記ワークピースホルダ(4、5)の1つの動きによって補償することを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 金属製ワークピースを加工処理及び硬化処理する工作機械にして、
− ベースフレーム(3)と、
− 被加工処理ワークピース(2)をクランプするための、ベースフレーム(3)に取り付けられるワークピースホルダ(4〜6)と、
− 前記ワークピース(2)を金属切削処理するための加工処理装置(7、8)と、
− 前記加工処理されたワークピース(2)を硬化処理するための硬化処理装置(9)と、
− 加工処理及び硬化処理を制御するための制御装置(22)と、
を備えて構成される工作機械であって、前記硬化処理装置(9)が、前記ワークピース(2)を加熱するための加熱ユニット(62)と、前記ワークピースホルダ(4〜6)にクランプされた前記加熱されたワークピース(2)を極低温冷却媒体(41)によって急冷し得るように構成される急冷ユニット(63)と、を備える、工作機械。
