Abstract
【解決手段】モータ11の駆動をオンして、低圧側の車輪のW/Cを加圧したときに、同系統内の高圧側の車輪の実W/C圧が目標圧に対して所定の範囲内に至るまでモータ11の駆動を継続する。具体的には、低圧側の車輪の目標圧が所定値Pth1よりも大きければ低圧側の車輪の制動油圧を増加させると共にモータ11を駆動させ、それによる高圧側の車輪のW/C圧の低下を考慮して高圧側の車輪のW/C圧が回復するまでモータ11の駆動を継続させる。これにより、モータ11の駆動時間をできるだけ短くすることでモータ11の温度上昇の防止や耐久性向上を図りつつ、回り込みにより低下した高圧側の車輪の実W/C圧を的確に回復させられ、高圧側の車輪の実W/C圧の低下の影響を抑制することが可能となる。

Description
図1に、本発明の一実施形態にかかる車両用ブレーキ制御装置の概略図を示すと共に、図2に車両用ブレーキ制御装置の制御系の関係を表したブロック図を示す。これらの図を参照して、本実施形態の車両用ブレーキ制御装置の基本構成について説明する。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。
Claims (6)
- モータ(11)および当該モータ(11)により駆動されることでブレーキ液の吸入吐出を行うポンプ(10)と、前記ポンプ(10)の吐出側に制御弁(20、30、31)を介して接続される複数のホイールシリンダ(4、5)と、前記モータ(11)および前記制御弁(20、30、31)を制御することで前記ホイールシリンダ(4、5)に発生させるブレーキ液圧を制御する液圧制御手段(50)とを備え、
前記液圧制御手段(50)は、車両制動制御により前記ホイールシリンダ(4、5)に対して付与する液圧の目標値である目標圧を取得する目標圧取得手段(S105)と、前記ホイールシリンダ(4、5)に実際に発生している実ホイールシリンダ圧を取得する実圧取得手段(S100)とを有し、前記モータ(11)の駆動をオンして、同系統内の前記ホイールシリンダ(4、5)のうち前記実ホイールシリンダ圧が低い低圧側の車輪のホイールシリンダを加圧したときに、前記同系統内の前記ホイールシリンダ(4、5)のうち前記実ホイールシリンダ圧が高い高圧側の車輪の前記実ホイールシリンダ圧が当該車輪の前記目標圧に対して所定の範囲内に至るまで前記モータ(11)の駆動を継続する液圧回復制御を実行することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記低圧側の車輪について、前記目標圧と前記実ホイールシリンダ圧との差が所定値(Pth1)よりも低いときには、前記低圧側の車輪のホイールシリンダ(4、5)の加圧を停止すると共に、前記モータ(11)をオフする回り込み抑制制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記液圧制御手段(50)は、前記低圧側の車輪における前記目標圧と前記実ホイールシリンダ圧との差が前記所定値(Pth1)を超えると、前記目標圧に基づいて所定の増圧勾配以下となる制御油圧を設定し、前記実ホイールシリンダ圧が前記制御油圧となるように前記制御弁(20、30、31)の制御を実行すると共に前記モータ(11)をオンすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記液圧制御手段(50)は、同系統内の両車輪のホイールシリンダ圧差に基づいて、前記同系統内における前記低圧側の車輪に対する他方の車輪となる高圧側の車輪から前記低圧側の車輪へのブレーキ液の回り込みが発生し得る状況であることを判定する回り込み判定手段(S200)を有し、該回り込み判定手段(S200)によって前記回り込みが発生し得る状況であると判定されたときに、前記液圧回復制御と前記回り込み抑制制御のいずれか、または両方を実行することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用ブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記液圧制御手段(50)は、前記低圧側の車輪の実ホイールシリンダ圧が0MPaのときには、前記回り込み抑制制御を行わないことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用ブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記液圧制御手段(50)は、前記高圧側の車輪のホイールシリンダが減圧中は、前記低圧側の車輪のホイールシリンダが加圧中であっても、前記回り込み抑制制御を行わず、前記モータもオンしないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ制御装置。
