Abstract
【解決手段】成形材料の硬化に必要な温度に加熱されると共に型締めによって互いに会合してキャビティCを画成する複数組の固定金型1及び可動金型2と、射出装置4からの成形材料を可動金型2に開設されたゲート22を介してキャビティC内へ供給する非加熱のコールドランナ32を備え、固定金型1及び可動金型2が、射出装置4及びコールドランナ32が存在する射出ステージS1と、この射出ステージS1の近傍の開型ステージS2との間で移動可能となっている。

Claims (2)
- 成形材料の硬化に必要な温度に加熱されると共に型締めによって互いに会合してキャビティを画成する複数組の固定金型及び可動金型と、射出装置からの成形材料を前記可動金型に開設されたゲートを介して前記キャビティ内へ供給する非加熱のコールドランナを備え、前記固定金型及び可動金型が、前記射出装置及びコールドランナが存在する射出ステージと、この射出ステージの近傍の開型ステージとの間で移動可能となっていることを特徴とする成形装置。
- コールドランナに、外部から開閉操作可能な注入バルブを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。
