Abstract
【解決手段】第1の軸継手部材20の第1の爪部32と第2の軸継手部材50の第2の爪部62とのラジアル方向の間隙には比較的高いゴム硬度の第1のゴム状弾性部材82を設け、第1の軸継手部材20の平面部(端面)30と第2の爪部62とのスラスト方向の間隙および第2の軸継手部材50の平面部(端面)60と第1の爪部32とのスラスト方向の間隙には第1のゴム状弾性部材82のゴム硬度より低いゴム硬度の第2のゴム状弾性部材84、86を設ける。

Claims (4)
- 第1の軸部材の端部に固定される第1の軸継手部材と第2の軸部材の端部に固定される第2の軸継手部材とがゴム状弾性部材によって接続された撓み軸継手であって、
前記第1の軸継手部材と前記第2の軸継手部材とは互いに対向する面部を有し、
前記第1の軸継手部材には自身の前記面部より前記第2の軸継手部材の前記面部へ向けて突出した第1の爪部が形成され、前記第2の軸継手部材には自身の前記面部より前記第1の軸継手部材の前記面部へ向けて突出した第2の爪部が形成され、
前記第1の爪部と前記第2の爪部とは回転方向に互いに異なる位置にてラジアル方向に間隙をおいて配置されていると共に相手側の前記第1の軸継手部材あるいは前記第2の軸継手部材の前記面部との間にスラスト方向の間隙をおいて配置され、
前記第1の爪部と前記第2の爪部との前記ラジアル方向の間隙には高いゴム硬度の第1のゴム状弾性部材が設けられ、前記第1の軸継手部材の前記面部と前記第2の爪部との前記スラスト方向の間隙および前記第2の軸継手部材の前記面部と前記第1の爪部との前記スラスト方向の間隙の少なくとも一方には前記第1のゴム状弾性部材のゴム硬度より低いゴム硬度の第2のゴム状弾性部材が設けられている撓み軸継手。 - 前記第1の軸継手部材の前記面部と前記第2の爪部の先端面および前記第2の軸継手部材の前記面部と前記第1の爪部の先端面とはスラスト方向に直交する方向に延在する面をもって互い平行に対向しており、当該対向部分に前記第2のゴム状弾性部材が層状に設けられている請求項1に記載の撓み軸継手。
- 前記第1のゴム状弾性部材は前記第1の爪部と前記第2の爪部とがラジアル方向に対向する面の少なくとも一部に加硫接着され、前記第2のゴム状弾性部材は前記第1の軸継手部材の前記面部あるいは前記第2の軸継手部材の前記面部に加硫接着され、且つ前記第1のゴム状弾性部材と前記第2のゴム状弾性部材とは、互いに対向するスラスト方向の面を含み、当該スラスト方向に対向する面を互いに加硫接着されている請求項1または2に記載の撓み軸継手。
- 請求項1に記載の撓み軸継手の製造方法であって、
前記第1の軸継手部材の前記面部と第2の軸継手部材の前記面部の少なくとも一方に第1の成形型を用いて第2のゴム状弾性部材を加硫接着する第1の工程と、
前記第1の軸継手部材と前記第2の軸継手部材とを完成状態と同じ配置にして第2の成形型を用いて前記第1の爪部と前記第2の爪部とのラジアル方向の間隙に第1のゴム状弾性部材を加硫接着する第2の工程と、
を有する撓み軸継手の製造方法。
