Description

(“Ue”は、ドイツ語のUウムラウトを表す。以下同じ。)
ここで、Uはコアの周囲の長さ(又は複数のコアの全周囲長)、Dはコア(又は各コア)の厚み、そして、Ueは小さい方のフィルムのコア(又は複数のコア)の主面を越えて縁に沿うはみ出し部分の幅である。この方程式は、従って、コアの周囲に溶接される際に2つのフィルムの何れもが過度に引っ張られず、閉じられた真空が長期間維持できるように、コア(又は複数のコア)の幾何形状及びフィルムのブランクから、他方のフィルムに必要な最小のブランクサイズを決定するために使用することができる。
− 緩い粉末又は固化された粉末でなるコアが、第1のバリアフィルム上に、該バリアフィルムがコア又はコア材料の隣接する第1の主面に対して全周囲にはみ出し部分を提供するように、配置され;
− 扁平状のフィルター材が、前記コア又はコア材料の、前記フィルター材に隣接する第2の主面に対して全周囲にはみ出し部分を提供するように、コアの上に配置され;
− 前記扁平状のフィルター材は、前記コアの体積又は粉末の体積が密封されるように、そのはみ出し部分の領域で、前記第1のバリアフィルムのはみ出し部分に接続され、
− コア又はそのコア材料が、真空チャンバ内で10mbar未満の圧力に真空排気され、
− 第2のバリアフィルムが、全周のはみ出し部が前記コア又はコア材料の前記第2の主面を越えてはみ出し、真空下で前記フィルター材及び/又は前記第1のバリアフィルムに接続されて、粉末コア及びフィルターシート材からなる内体積が真空気密に密封されるように、前記フィルター材に外側から充てがわれ、
− 前記シート材が真空チャンバから通気後に取り出される、

Claims (29)
- a)開口気孔性材料で形成されるとともに、互いにほぼ平行に延びる2つの主面と、前記2つの主面を互いに接続する全周囲領域とを有する、少なくとも一つの平坦状のコア(2;2’;2”)と、
b)第1のバリアフィルム(8;8’;8”)であって、前記コアの第1の主面と広い面積で接触するとともに、前記コア(2;2’;2”)に面する少なくとも一つのシーリング層と、前記コア(2;2’;2”)の第1の主面に対して前記第1のバリアフィルム(8;8’;8”)の全周のはみ出し部分とを備える、前記第1のバリアフィルム(8;8’;8”)と、
c)開口気孔性コア(2;2’;2”)の前記第1のバリアフィルム(8;8’;8”)とは反対側の主面と広い面積で接触するとともに、前記コアの前記第2の主面に対して全周のはみ出し部分を提供する、扁平状のフィルター材(11;11’;11”)と、
d)第2のバリアフィルム(13;13’;13”)であって、前記扁平状のフィルター材(11;11’;11”)の外面(12)と広い面積で接触するとともに、前記扁平状のフィルター材(11;11’;11”)に対向するシーリング層と、前記コア(2;2’;2”)の前記第2の主面に対して前記第2のバリアフィルム(13;13’;13”)の全周のはみ出し部分と、を備える、前記第2のバリアフィルム(13;13’;13”)と、
e)前記2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)の共通のはみ出し部分に沿って全周囲に延び、前記2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)を互いに固定する、シーリングシーム(15;15’;15”)と、を備え、
f)前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)は、前記2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)の間で前記シーリングシーム(15;15’;15”)に全周にわたって溶接され、
g)前記2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)と前記全周のシーリングシームとの間の体積は、前記開口気孔性のコア(2;2’;2”)と前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)の内部部分からなり、真空引きされて真空気密密封されている、
ことを特徴とする断熱用真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。 - 一方のバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)が他方のバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)より大きい面積を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)と広い面積で接触する前記第2のバリアフィルム(13;13’;13”)が、前記コア(2;2’;2”)と広い接触をする第1のバリアフィルム(8;8’;8”)より広いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の真空シート(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)に包まれたコア(2;2’;2”)を通る断面が略ハット形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の真空シート(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記全周の溶接シーム(15)の全ての部分が共通の平面上にあり、該共通の平面は、好ましくは、前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)と反対側の前記コア(2;2’;2”)の主面(3,4)とほぼ同一平面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 主要部分が前記全周の溶接シーム(15)の全ての部分の共通の平面と同一平面にない前記バリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)は、多層アルミニウム複合フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 主要部分が前記全周の溶接シーム(15)の全ての部分の共通の平面と同一平面にない前記バリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)は、金属化されるか又は透明な高バリアフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記フィルター材と接触する前記バリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)は、可撓性であってコア(2;2’;2”)の形状に順応することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記全周のシーリングシーム(15)は、単一操作により作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記全周のシーリングシーム(15)は、始めと終わりの区別がないことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記全周のシーリングシーム(15)は、交差部分がないことを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)は、バリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)のシーリング層と同じ材料でなることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 少なくとも一つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)若しくは2以上のバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)の各々に、1以上の貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目が、互いにほぼ一直線上にあるか互いに重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)を互いに接続する1以上のシーリンシームが、1以上の貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 複数の貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目が、規則的な格子内、特に、チェッカーボードの同じ色の四角に類似するチェッカーボード状格子内に配置され、前記複数の貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目は好ましくはほぼ同じ面積を有していることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 特にシーリングシームによって、互いに完全に分離されている複数のコア(2;2’;2”)が、2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)の間の共通の面内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 規則的な格子内、特に、チェッカーボードの同じ色の四角に類似のチェッカーボード状格子内に配置されている複数のコア(2;2’;2”)が、好ましくは、ほぼ同じベース領域を有していることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- a)格子状コア構造を備え、複数のコア(2;2’;2”)又はその隆起部が、チェッカーボードの同じ色の四角に類似のチェッカーボード状格子内に配置されるとともに、複数の貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目又はコア凹部によって互いから分離されており、
b)前記コア(2;2’;2”)又はその隆起部及び貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目又はコア凹部は、この種のシート材が、その頂部が下方に向くように上下が引っ繰り返された同じ構造のシート材の貫通穴(17)又は切り取り部及び/又は切れ目に噛み合うように形成されており、
c)全体としてその配列に隙間が無いか殆ど無い、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜17の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。 - 複数のコア(2;2’;2”)と複数の貫通穴(17)とを備え、前記コア(2;2’;2”)のベース領域が貫通穴(17)のベース領域とほぼ一致することを特徴とする請求項1〜18の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 1以上のコア(2;2’;2”)が、緩い粉末又は圧縮された粉末からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜19の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 一方又は双方の面上のエンボス構造によって特徴づけられる請求項1〜20の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 1以上の盛り上げられた段部に隣接する表面領域(16;19,20;19”,20”)が異なる厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1〜21の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 1以上の線状又はリボン状のエンボス加工部であって、該エンボス加工部で少なくとも5°真空シート材(1;1’;1”)を曲げることができるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜22の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)が。
- 1以上の線状又はリボン状のエンボス加工部に沿って2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)が互いにシールされ、特に、粉末粒子を含有させずにシールされることを特徴とする請求項1〜23の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記エンボス加工部が一方の縁の沿う溶接シーム(15)から他方の縁に沿う溶接シームへ前記真空シート材(1;1’;1”)を渡って延びることにより、真空シート材(1;1’;1”)の個々の領域を互いから真空気密に密封することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 非長方形の表面形状によって特徴づけられる請求項1〜25の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- バリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)間に配置され、特に前記コア(2;2’;2”)の凹部に挿入されて、その熱伝導率がガス圧に依存する少なくとも一つの試験体か、又は、外部から真空シート材(1;1’;1”)内の負圧を測定するためのセンサーによって特徴づけられる請求項1〜26の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 前記フィルムシート内の膨らみが、2つのバリアフィルム(8,13;8’,13’;8”,13”)及び前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)のみを含み、前記コア(2;2’;2”)のガス圧が、外部から測定される、フィルター材(11;11’;11”)を通した熱伝達に基づく配置で決定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜27の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)。
- 請求項1〜28の何れかに記載の真空シート材(1;1’;1”)の製造方法であって、
緩い粉末又は固化された粉末でなるコア(2;2’;2”)が、第1のバリアフィルム(8,;8’;8”)上に、該バリアフィルム(8,;8’;8”)がコア(2;2’;2”)又はコア材料の隣接する第1の主面に対して全周囲にはみ出し部分を提供するように、配置され;
扁平状のフィルター材(11;11’;11”)が、前記コア(2;2’;2”)又はコア材料の、前記フィルター材(11;11’;11”)に隣接する第2の主面に対して全周囲にはみ出し部分を提供するように、コアの上に配置され;
前記扁平状のフィルター材(11;11’;11”)は、前記コアの体積又は粉末の体積が密封されるように、そのはみ出し部分の領域で、前記第1のバリアフィルム(8,;8’;8”)のはみ出し部分に接続され、
