Claims (15)
- 正の温度係数の電気抵抗をもつ第1セラミック材料を有する第1領域(10)、
第2セラミック材料を有する第2領域(20)、及び
前記第1領域(10)と前記第2領域(20)との間に配設され、第3セラミック材料を有する第3領域(30)を含み、
前記第1領域(10)と前記第3領域(30)とは、差が2×10-6/Kよりも小さい熱膨張係数を有し、前記第2領域(20)と前記第3領域(30)とは、差が2×10-6/Kよりも小さい熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とする成形体。 - 前記第3領域(30)が少なくとも2つの部分領域(31,32)を有し、
前記第1領域(10)と前記第2領域(20)とがそれぞれ前記第3領域(30)の前記部分領域(31,32)の1つに接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形体。 - 前記第1領域に接する前記第3領域(30)の前記部分領域(32)と前記第1領域(10)との熱膨張係数の差が2×10-6/Kよりも小さく、
前記第2領域に接する前記第3領域(30)の前記部分領域(31)と前記第2領域(20)との熱膨張係数の差が2×10-6/Kよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の成形体。 - 前記第1セラミック材料は、式Ba1-x-yMxDyTi1-a-bNaMnb03(x=0乃至0.5、y=0乃至0.01、a=0乃至0.01、b=0乃至0.01であり、Mは2価のカチオンを含み、Dは3価または4価のドナーを含み、Nは5価または6価のカチオンを含む)を有するペロブスカイト構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の成形体。
- 前記第2セラミック材料は、ZrO2、Al2O3、及びMgOを含む群から選ばれる酸化物セラミックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の成形体。
- 前記第3セラミック材料は、前記第1セラミック材料と前記第2セラミック材料との混合比が90:10乃至10:90の範囲から選ばれる割合の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の成形体。
