Claims (53)
- 創傷部位に対して吸引を行うための装置であって、
液体不浸透性材料から作られる上部層と、
液体不浸透性材料から作られる底部層と、
前記上部層と前記底部層との間に配置されている3D編物または3D織物と、
前記3D編物または前記3D織物と流体的に連通する前記底部層内の開口と、
前記3D編物または前記3D織物を含む前記上部層と前記底部層との間に延在する細長い流路であって、前記上部層、前記底部層、および前記3D編物または前記3D織物は、拡大遠位端を備え、前記流路が前記拡大遠位端から離れて近位方向へ延在する、細長い流路とを備える装置。 - 前記細長い流路は下側流体通路を備え、エアーリークに接続された前記下側流体通路の上の前記上部層と前記底部層との間に上側流体通路をさらに備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記上側流体通路は発泡体を収容する請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記上部層および前記底部層の前記拡大端部は、矩形または正方形である請求項1に記載の装置。

- 陰圧創傷治療システムであって、請求項22から29のいずれか一項に記載の前記吸引アダプタと、創傷の上に位置し、前記創傷の周りの皮膚に封止されるように構成された柔軟なドレープとを備え、前記吸引アダプタは、前記ドレープに取り付け、前記ドレープ内に形成された少なくとも1つの開口を囲むように構成される陰圧創傷治療システム。
- 少なくとも1つの導管によって前記吸引アダプタに接続された真空ポンプをさらに備える請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 創傷の上に位置し、前記創傷の周りの皮膚に封止されるように構成された柔軟なドレープと、
陰圧を前記創傷に伝えるように構成され、陰圧が前記ドレープ内の開口を通じて伝えられる、導管と、
前記開口を囲み、前記導管を前記柔軟なドレープに接続するように構成された柔軟な吸引アダプタであって、
前記導管と流体的に連通するように構成された近位端、および遠位端を有する細長い内部流路を形成する、上層および下層であって、前記下層が、前記ドレープ内の前記開口と連通するために少なくとも1つの開口を備える、上層および下層と、
前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延在する前記内部流路内にある細長いスペーサーとを備える、柔軟な吸引アダプタと
を具備する陰圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記スペーサーは、前記遠位端に向かうにつれ徐々に大きくなる請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記内部流路は、前記下層内の前記少なくとも1つの開口に向かい、そこから離れるようにして延在するループ部分を備える請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記スペーサーは、前記下層内の前記少なくとも1つの開口に向かい、そこから離れるようにして延在するループ部分を備える請求項34に記載のシステム。
- 前記下層は、少なくとも4つの開口を備える請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路の前記遠位端にエアーリークをさらに備える請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟なドレープの下の前記創傷のところに配置されるように構成された創傷パッキング材料をさらに備える請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路の前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に配設されたエアーリークをさらに備える請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記エアーリーク上に配設されたフィルターをさらに備える請求項37に記載のシステム。
- 創傷のところに位置するように構成された創傷パッキング材料と、
前記創傷パッキング材料の上、および前記創傷の上に位置し、前記創傷の周りの皮膚に封止されるように構成された柔軟なドレープと、
陰圧を前記創傷に伝えるように構成された導管であって、陰圧は前記ドレープ内の開口を通じて、また前記創傷パッキング材料を通じて前記創傷に伝えられる、導管と、
前記開口を囲み、前記導管を前記柔軟なドレープに接続するように構成された、前記導管から前記開口を通して陰圧を伝えるための柔軟な吸引アダプタと
を備える陰圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記吸引アダプタは、前記開口の周りで前記柔軟なドレープに封止されるように構成された遠位端と前記導管の周りで封止するように構成された近位端とを有する柔軟なシュラウドであり、前記導管は、前記柔軟なシュラウドを通じて前記開口内に貫入するように構成される請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引アダプタは、環状上側支持円板と環状下側支持円板との間に挟装された封止円板を備え、前記下側支持円板は、前記開口の周りで前記柔軟なドレープに接着するように構成され、前記導管は、前記封止円板ならびに上側および下側支持円板内の開口部を通り前記開口内に貫入するように構成される請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟な吸引アダプタは、前記ドレープ内の前記開口と一体化された封止リングを備え、前記導管は、前記封止リングと封止接触するようなサイズおよび構成である請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引アダプタは、前記導管のループ部分を挟装する上側および下側支持層を備え、前記下層は、少なくとも1つの開口を備え、前記導管は複数の開口を備え、これにより、陰圧を前記下層の前記少なくとも1つの開口を通る前記導管内の前記複数の開口に通し、前記柔軟なドレープ内の前記開口を通して伝えることができる請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引アダプタは、細長い発泡スペーサーを挟装する上側および下側支持層を備え、前記下層は、前記発泡スペーサーから陰圧を前記柔軟なドレープ内の前記開口に伝えるための少なくとも1つの開口を備え、前記細長い発泡スペーサーは、前記導管の遠位端に接続するように構成されている近位端を備える請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引アダプタは、これに一体化された細長い平行な流路を備え、創傷浸出液を流路で導くために前記開口の周りの前記柔軟なドレープの上に位置するように構成される膜を備える請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟なドレープは、下層を画成し、上層と前記下層との間に前記柔軟な吸引アダプタを挟装する前記上層をさらに備え、前記柔軟な吸引アダプタは、発泡スペーサーを備える請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 創傷の上に位置し、前記創傷の周りの皮膚に封止されるように構成された柔軟なドレープであって、前記柔軟なドレープは前記柔軟なドレープの上側部分と下側部分との間に延在する細長い流路を画成し、前記流路は、前記柔軟なドレープの縁からその内側部分まで延在し、前記柔軟なドレープの前記下側部分は、前記流路を通じて、また前記開口を通じて陰圧を伝えるために前記細長い流路と連通する少なくとも1つの開口を備える、柔軟なドレープと、
陰圧を前記創傷に伝えるように構成された導管であって、前記流路および前記下層内の前記少なくとも1つの開口を通じて陰圧を伝えるために前記流路に接続されている、導管と
を備える陰圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記流路内に延在する発泡スペーサーをさらに備える請求項49に記載のシステム。
