Claims (37)
- 減圧治療システムであって、
患者の皮下の組織部位に配置するように構成された遠位端部と患者の体外に配置するように構成された近位端部とを有するフィラメント送達導管と、
前記フィラメント送達導管に配置された連続的なフィラメントであって、一端が前記フィラメント送達導管の前記近位端部から延び、他端が前記フィラメント送達導管の前記遠位端部から延び、前記皮下の組織部位に隣接するフィラメント体を形成するように構成された連続的なフィラメントと、
減圧源および前記フィラメント体と流体的に連結するように構成された減圧送達導管であって、前記フィラメント体を介して前記皮下の組織部位に減圧を送達するために経皮的に配置するよう構成された減圧送達導管とを具えている減圧治療システム。 - 請求項1の減圧治療システムが、さらに、
前記皮下の組織部位に配置可能な端部を有するガイドワイヤを具え、
前記フィラメント送達導管は、カテーテルの管腔であり、
前記カテーテルは、前記ガイドワイヤ上を前記皮下の組織部位へ進むように構成されている減圧治療システム。 - 請求項1の減圧治療システムが、さらに、
前記皮下の組織部位に配置可能な端部を有するガイドワイヤと、
前記ガイドワイヤ上を前記皮下の組織部位へ進むことができるシースおよび拡張器とを具え、
前記フィラメント送達導管は、カテーテルの管腔であり、
前記カテーテルは、前記ガイドワイヤおよび前記拡張器を取り外した後に、前記シースを介して前記皮下の組織部位へ進むように構成されている減圧治療システム。 - 請求項3の減圧治療システムが、さらに、
前記ガイドワイヤを配置する前に、前記皮下の組織部位へ進むことができる針を具え、前記ガイドワイヤは、前記針の管腔を介して前記皮下の組織部位へ送られるように構成されている減圧治療システム。 - 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記減圧送達導管は、前記フィラメント送達導管である減圧治療システム。
- 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記フィラメント送達導管は、カテーテルの第1の管腔であり、前記減圧送達導管は、前記カテーテルの第2の管腔である減圧治療システム。
- 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記フィラメント送達導管と前記減圧送達導管とは、別個のカテーテルである減圧治療システム。
- 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記フィラメントは、単一フィラメントである減圧治療システム。
- 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記フィラメントは、複数の編まれた繊維である減圧治療システム。
- 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記フィラメント体は、前記皮下の組織部位と隣接する空隙に配置するよう構成されている減圧治療システム。
- 請求項1の減圧治療システムであって、前記フィラメント送達導管の前記近位端部から延びる前記フィラメントの前記一端を引っ張ることにより、前記フィラメントを前記皮下の組織部位から除去することができるように構成されている減圧治療システム。
- 減圧治療システムであって、
皮下の組織部位に配置するように構成された遠位端部を有するカテーテルと、
カテーテルの管腔に配置された生体吸収性フィラメントであって、フィラメント体を前記皮下の組織部位に形成するように、前記カテーテルの管腔を介して前記組織部位に送達可能な生体吸収性フィラメントと、
減圧源および前記フィラメント体と流体的に連結するように構成され、前記フィラメント体を介して減圧を前記皮下の組織部位に送達するため、経皮的に配置するように構成された減圧送達導管とを具えている減圧治療システム。 - 請求項12の減圧治療システムであって、前記カテーテルの硬さが、80ショアAおよび65ショアDの範囲である減圧治療システム。
- 請求項12の減圧治療システムであって、前記カテーテルは補強され、前記カテーテルの硬さは、30ショアAおよび70ショアAの間である減圧治療システム。
- 請求項12の減圧治療システムが、さらに、
前記皮下の組織部位に配置可能な端部を有するガイドワイヤを具え、

前記ガイドワイヤを配置する前に、前記皮下の組織部位に進みうる針を具え、前記ガイドワイヤは、前記針の管腔を介して前記皮下の組織部位へ送られるように構成されている減圧治療システム。 - 請求項12の減圧治療システムであって、前記カテーテルの前記管腔が、前記減圧送達導管として作用するように構成されている減圧治療システム。

前記減圧源と前記皮下の組織部位との間に流体連結を提供するための減圧送達導管と具える減圧治療システム。 - 請求項25の減圧治療システムであって、
前記減圧治療システムは、さらに、
前記皮下の組織部位に配置可能な端部を有するガイドワイヤと、
前記ガイドワイヤ上を前記皮下の組織部位に進みうるシースおよび拡張器とを具え、

前記ガイドワイヤおよび前記拡張器を取り外した後で、前記シースを介して前記組織部位へ進みうるカテーテルとを具え、前記カテーテルは、前記連続的な単一フィラメントを前記組織部位へ送る少なくとも1つの管腔を有している減圧治療システム。 - 請求項32の減圧治療システムであって、
前記フィラメント送達導管および前記減圧送達導管は、別個のカテーテルである減圧治療システム。 - 請求項32の減圧治療システムであって、前記連続的な単一フィラメントは生体吸収性であり、減圧治療が終了した後、前記組織部位に残るように構成されている減圧治療システム。
