Claims (21)
- コイルを動脈瘤に提供するための装置であって、
アクセス管腔、および前記装置の長手方向軸に対してある角度で予成形されておりかつ前記長手方向軸と強制的に整列させることができる遠位端を有するアクセス要素と、
前記コイルの送達の間、前記動脈瘤の口を閉塞するための閉塞要素であって、前記アクセス要素の前記遠位端に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられており、前記アクセス要素の遠位端は、前記コイルの送達の間、前記閉塞要素の遠位端を過ぎて遠位に延びない閉塞要素と、を備える、装置。 - 前記アクセス要素の前記遠位端が軟質材料からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス要素の前記遠位端が、予成形を提供するばね要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記アクセス要素の前記遠位端に放射線不透過性のマーカーを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素が、前記アクセス要素の側に配置された細長要素である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素が、その遠位端に近位端および遠位端を有するバルーンを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス要素の前記遠位端が前記バルーンの近位端を過ぎて延びる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記装置の遠位端に配置された遠位連結要素を備え、前記遠位連結要素は、前記アクセス管腔を通して配置されるガイドワイヤがさらに前記遠位連結要素を通して配置されるように、前記装置の前記長手方向軸に沿って整列している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記遠位連結要素が前記閉塞要素に取り付けられている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記遠位連結要素が前記閉塞要素の遠位で前記装置に取り付けられている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記装置を通って配置されるコアワイヤを備え、前記コアワイヤが前記装置に付加的な剛性をもたらす、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素は前記アクセス要素と同軸に配置される細長要素である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス要素の前記遠位端が前記閉塞要素の一部を通って突き出る、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素が、バルーン近位端およびバルーン遠位端を有するバルーンを備え、前記バルーンが前記装置の遠位端に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス要素および前記バルーンが1つの管腔と流体連通しており、前記流体連通が、前記アクセス管腔を通る物体の導入後に前記アクセス要素に対して選択的に遮断され得る、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素が遠位部分および近位部分を有するバルーンであり、前記遠位部分が前記近位部分とは異なるコンプライアンスを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記装置の遠位端に固定ワイヤを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス要素が前記装置の近位端から前記装置の遠位端へ延びる細長要素であり、前記閉塞要素が、前記装置の近位端から前記装置の遠位端へ延びる細長要素であり、前記閉塞要素は、閉塞材料を導入するための閉塞管腔を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素が前記アクセス要素の側に配置されている、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス要素および前記閉塞要素がともに予成形されている、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞要素および前記アクセス要素が、前記閉塞管腔を通してまたは前記アクセス管腔を通してワイヤを配置することによって整列させることができる、請求項18に記載の装置。
