Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関(200)と、前記内燃機関の動力を利用した発電が可能な回転電機(MG1)と、蓄電手段(30)と、前記回転電機の発電により得られた発電電力及び前記蓄電装置に蓄電された蓄電電力を車両外部の受電設備に対して給電する給電手段(40、50)とを備えたハイブリッド車両(1)における故障診断装置(100)は、所定の診断要件に基づいた前記内燃機関の故障診断処理を実行する診断手段を備え、前記給電手段を介し前記発電電力として前記内燃機関の動力を利用した発電に係る発電電力を給電する旨の機関始動給電がなされる場合における前記診断要件が、該機関始動給電がなされない場合の前記内燃機関の稼動時における前記診断要件と異なっている。

Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の各種実施形態について説明する。
<実施形態の構成>
始めに、図1を参照し、本発明の第1実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両1の構成について説明する。ここに、図1は、ハイブリッド車両1の構成を概念的に表してなる概略構成図である。
Ter=Te×1/(1+ρ)・・・(2)
MG2減速機構600は、車軸に繋がる駆動軸500とモータジェネレータMG2との間に介装された、サンギアS2、リングギアR2、ピニオンギア(不図示)及びキャリアC2の各回転要素を備えた遊星歯車機構である。MG2減速機構500において、サンギアS2は、モータジェネレータMG2のロータに固定された出力回転軸に固定されている。また、キャリアC2は、ハイブリッド駆動装置10の外郭ケースに回転不能に固定されている。更に、リングギアR2は、駆動軸500に連結されている。係る構成において、MG2減速機構500は、モータジェネレータMG2の回転速度Nmg2を、駆動軸800に対し、各回転要素(ギア)のギア比に応じて定まる減速比に従って減速して伝達することが出来る。
ここで、図3を参照し、本実施形態の動作として外部給電制御の詳細について説明する。ここに、図3は、外部給電制御のフローチャートである。尚、外部給電制御は、ECU100が上位で実行する制御の一サブルーチンとして、外部給電制御の実行条件が満たされた場合に実行される。外部給電制御は、例えば、ハイブリッド車両1の停止時において、プラグ50に受電設備(例えば、上述した家電製品等)の受電プラグが差し込まれた場合等に実行される。

次に、図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態として、エンジン始動制御について説明する。ここに、図6は、エンジン始動制御のフローチャートである。尚、エンジン始動制御は、外部給電制御と同様に一種のサブルーチンである。エンジン始動制御は、外部給電における始動要求とは異なり、イグニッション操作やスタートボタン操作等によりエンジン200の始動が要求された場合に実行される。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の動力を利用した発電が可能な回転電機と、
蓄電手段と、
前記回転電機の発電により得られた発電電力及び前記蓄電装置に蓄電された蓄電電力を車両外部の受電設備に対して給電する給電手段と
を備えたハイブリッド車両における故障診断装置であって、
所定の診断要件に基づいた前記内燃機関の故障診断処理を実行する診断手段を備え、
前記給電手段を介し前記発電電力として前記内燃機関の動力を利用した発電に係る発電電力を給電する旨の機関始動給電がなされる場合における前記診断要件が、該機関始動給電がなされない場合の前記内燃機関の稼動時と較べて前記内燃機関の故障が検出され難くなるように又は前記内燃機関の故障が運転者に認識され難くなるように、該機関始動給電がなされない場合の前記内燃機関の稼動時における前記診断要件と異なっている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。 - 前記機関始動給電がなされる場合に前記診断要件を変更する変更手段を更に具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。 - 前記変更手段は、前記機関始動給電がなされる場合において非常給電が要求された場合に、該非常給電が要求されない場合と較べて、前記内燃機関の故障が検出され難くなるように又は前記内燃機関の故障が運転者に認識され難くなるように、前記診断要件を更に変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。 - 前記機関始動給電の実行履歴の有無を判定する判定手段を具備し、
前記変更手段は、前記内燃機関の通常始動時に前記故障診断処理が実行される場合において、前記実行履歴が有る場合には、前記実行履歴が無い場合と較べて前記内燃機関の故障が検出され難くなるように又は前記内燃機関の故障が運転者に認識され難くなるように、前記診断要件を変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。 - 前記内燃機関の暖機状態を表す状態値を取得する第1取得手段と、
前記内燃機関の機関状態を学習するための学習処理に係る学習値を取得する第2取得手段と、
前記実行履歴が有る場合において、前記取得された状態値及び学習値に基づいて前記診断要件の変更を禁止する禁止手段と
を具備することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。 - 前記禁止手段は、前記取得された状態値が冷間状態相当値であり、且つ、前記実行履歴が無い場合における前記学習値と前記取得された学習値との差が所定値以内である場合に、前記診断要件の変更を禁止する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。 - 前記変更手段は、前記故障診断処理の実行頻度を減少させる第1措置、前記内燃機関が故障であるか否かを判定するための判定基準を緩和する第2措置、運転者に対する前記内燃機関の故障が検出された旨の告知を制限する第3措置及び前記内燃機関の故障が検出された旨の履歴の保持を制限する第4措置のうち少なくとも一つを実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の故障診断装置。
