Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両の制御装置(100)は、内燃機関(200)及び回転電機(MG)を含む動力要素、内燃機関及び駆動軸間の連結を係合及び開放可能なクラッチ(20)、並びに内燃機関を始動可能なスタータモータ(300)を備えるハイブリッド車両(1)を制御する。ハイブリッド車両の制御装置は、ハイブリッド車両が内燃機関を停止させ回転電機からの動力で走行している際に、クラッチを係合するように制御することで内燃機関を始動させるクラッチ始動制御手段(110,120)と、クラッチの故障を検出するクラッチ故障検出手段(140)と、クラッチの故障が検出された場合に、スタータモータによって内燃機関を始動させるスタータ始動制御手段(170)とを備える。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関及び回転電機を含む動力要素、前記内燃機関及び駆動軸間の連結を係合及び開放可能なクラッチ、並びに前記内燃機関を始動させることが可能なスタータモータを備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記ハイブリッド車両が前記内燃機関を停止させ前記回転電機からの動力で走行している際に、前記クラッチを係合するように制御することで前記内燃機関を始動させるクラッチ始動制御手段と、
前記クラッチ始動制御手段によって前記内燃機関を始動させる際に、前記クラッチが故障しているか否かを検出するクラッチ故障検出手段と、
前記クラッチの故障が検出された場合に、前記スタータモータによって前記内燃機関を始動させるスタータ始動制御手段と
を備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記クラッチ故障検出手段は、前記クラッチのストローク状態を検出可能なクラッチストローク検出手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ故障検出手段は、前記クラッチ始動制御手段によって前記クラッチが係合するように制御されているにもかかわらず、前記クラッチのストローク状態が変化しない場合に、前記クラッチの故障を検出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ故障検出手段は、前記クラッチ始動制御手段によって前記クラッチが係合するように制御されることで前記クラッチのストローク状態が変化しているものの、前記内燃機関を始動させるためのストローク状態への遷移時間が所定期間より長い場合に、前記クラッチの故障を検出することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ故障検出手段は、前記クラッチ始動制御手段によって前記クラッチが係合するように制御されることで前記クラッチのストローク状態が前記内燃機関を始動させるためのストローク状態へ変化しているにもかかわらず、前記内燃期間の回転数が上昇しない場合に、前記クラッチの故障を検出することを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記スタータ始動制御手段は、前記クラッチストローク検出手段に異常がなく、前記クラッチストローク検出手段によって前記クラッチが係合状態であると検出できる場合、前記クラッチを開放した後に、前記スタータモータによって前記内燃機関を始動させることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車両は前記クラッチ及び前記駆動軸間に変速機を備えており、
前記スタータ始動制御手段は、前記クラッチストローク検出手段に異常がないと判断できない場合、前記変速機をニュートラル状態とした後に、前記スタータモータによって前記内燃機関を始動させることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
