Abstract
【解決手段】クリープトルク状態にあって、アクセル開度がオンされた際に、指令値を一時的に上昇する一時的上昇制御(第2のファストフィル制御)F2を実行する。これにより、油圧サーボはストロークエンド位置までストロークする。

Description
アクセル開度信号を入力し得ると共に、前記油圧を制御する指令値を出力し得る制御装置(U)と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記アクセル開度信号がオフでかつ前記発進時係合摩擦要素(B−2)が前記クリープトルクを伝達するように前記指令値を指令している状態から、前記アクセル開度信号がオンされた際に、前記指令値を一時的に上昇する一時的上昇制御(F2)を実行する、
ことを特徴とする車両用伝動装置にある。

Claims (9)
- 摩擦板と、供給される油圧に応じてストロークすることで前記摩擦板を押圧するピストンを備えた油圧サーボと、を有し、内燃エンジンと車輪との伝達経路上に配置され、少なくとも前記内燃エンジンの駆動力を用いた発進時に係合制御されると共に、前記ピストンがストロークエンド位置になる前に車両をクリープ走行し得るクリープトルクを伝達する発進時係合摩擦要素と、
アクセル開度信号を入力し得ると共に、前記油圧を制御する指令値を出力し得る制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記アクセル開度信号がオフでかつ前記発進時係合摩擦要素が前記クリープトルクを伝達するように前記指令値を指令している状態から、前記アクセル開度信号がオンされた際に、前記指令値を一時的に上昇する一時的上昇制御を実行する、
ことを特徴とする車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記一時的上昇制御における前記指令値を、前記クリープトルクの伝達を指令する値から、第1所定値まで上昇し、所定時間後に前記第1所定値よりも低い第2所定値に下降させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記一時的上昇制御は、ピストンを前記ストロークエンド位置まで押圧駆動するように前記指令値を一時的に上昇させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記一時的上昇制御の実行後、前記アクセル開度信号に応じて前記車輪に前記内燃エンジンの駆動力が伝達されるように前記指令値を制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、油温信号を入力し得ると共に、前記一時的上昇制御を実行する所定時間の長さ及び前記指令値の上昇の大きさを、前記油温信号に応じて設定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、車両のブレーキ信号を入力し得ると共に、前記ブレーキ信号がオンからオフされた際に、前記指令値を、前記発進時係合摩擦要素が前記クリープトルクを伝達するように指令する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ブレーキ信号がオンからオフされた際に、前記油圧サーボに油を満たすファストフィル制御を実行してなり、かつ前記一時的上昇制御を実行する所定時間の長さ及び前記指令値の上昇の大きさを、前記ファストフィル制御の終了から前記一時的上昇制御の開始までの時間に応じて設定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、車両のブレーキ信号を入力し得ると共に、前記ブレーキ信号がオンからオフされた際に、前記油圧サーボに油を満たすファストフィル制御を実行してなり、かつ前記ファストフィル制御の終了前に前記アクセル開度信号がオフからオンにされた際には、前記ファストフィル制御に続けて前記一時的上昇制御を実行する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用伝動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記一時的上昇制御を実行する時間を、前記アクセル開度信号がオフからオンにされてから、前記内燃エンジンのエンジントルクの上昇が開始されるまでの時間に納まる長さに設定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか記載の車両用伝動装置。
