Abstract
【解決手段】転炉または真空設備内での吹込み過程または処理過程の最後に発生するスラグが還元されることなく排滓されまたは除滓され、このスラグが電気炉に装入され、この電気炉にさらに屑鉄および場合によっては残留粉塵からなる通常の装入材料が装入され、付加的に炭素および場合によってはケイ素が添加され、溶解時に、添加されたスラグ中に含まれた酸化クロムが炭素とケイ素とによって金属クロムへと直接に還元される。

溶鋼の総処理時間が技術の種類に応じて15〜20分まで短縮される。
FeSi消費量が削減される。
スラグ形成剤の消費量が削減される。
高い金属精錬。
FF材料の寿命延長。
ノズル、シンクの寿命が延長する。
転炉もしくは真空設備のエネルギー収支が向上する。
金属の純度が向上する。
転炉、取鍋のスラグ保護域が廃止されもしくは著しく低減する。
Claims (1)
- AOD、MRP、AOD-L、MRP-L、CLU、ASM、Conarc−ステンレス鋼等の転炉プロセスからの酸化クロム含有スラグまたはVOD、SS-VOD、RH、上吹RH等の真空プロセスからの酸化クロム含有スラグから金属クロムを回収するための方法において、転炉または真空設備内での吹込み過程または処理過程の最後に発生するスラグが還元されることなく排滓されまたは除滓され、このスラグが電気炉に装入され、この電気炉にさらに屑鉄および場合によっては残留粉塵からなる通常の装入材料が装入され、付加的に炭素および場合によってはケイ素が添加され、溶解時に、添加されたスラグ中に含まれた酸化クロムが炭素とケイ素とによって金属クロムへと直接に還元されることを特徴とする方法。
