Abstract
Description
まず、血粉は、家畜の血液を滅菌した後、凝固、圧搾、脱水、乾燥、粉砕および精選などの工程を経て製造されるものであって、必然的に前記のような血粉の製造過程で熱処理などの工程(滅菌、乾燥など)を経ることになるが、このような熱処理工程は、血液に含まれたたんぱく質の損失を誘発するだけでなく、血粉に残存するたんぱく質の溶解度および理化学的性質にも影響を及ぼすことになる。
Claims (5)
- 屠畜場で発生される家畜の血液を収去した後、これを粉砕する第一段階;および
前記第一段階で粉砕された血液に大豆から抽出したプロテアーゼを添加した後、前記プロテアーゼが添加された血液を50〜70℃に保持される反応器に入れ、密閉条件で8〜15時間反応させ、血液のpHが7.5〜8.0である状態で反応を終了した後、3〜4時間冷却させる第二段階を含む
ことを特徴とする家畜の血液を用いたアミノ酸液状肥料の製造方法。 - 別途の混合槽で25〜80℃の水に尿素、カリ、第二リン酸アンモニウム、水溶性亜鉛およびEDTAを添加し、完全に混合して添加剤混合液を製造する第三段階;および
前記第二段階で準備された血液を、100メッシュ濾過網を利用して濾過した後、前記濾過された血液に前記第三段階で製造された添加剤混合液を混合する第四段階;をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の家畜の血液を用いたアミノ酸液状肥料の製造方法。 - 前記第二段階では、粉砕された血液100kg当りプロテアーゼ800〜1,200ccを添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の家畜の血液を用いたアミノ酸液状肥料の製造方法。 - 前記第四段階では、前記濾過された血液に添加剤混合液を1:1の重量比に混合する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の家畜の血液を用いたアミノ酸液状肥料の製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4の中のいずれか一項の方法で製造される家畜の血液を用いたアミノ酸液状肥料。
