Abstract
본 발명의 아미노산의 생산방법은 잡균의 오염을 방지하기 위해 도축장의 혈액 발생지 및 상기 혈액이 이동하는 통로에 황국균을 살포하는 전처리단계와, 도축장에서 발생한 혈액을 수집하는 수집단계와, 수집단계에서 수집된 혈액에 단백질 분해효소를 가하여 상기 혈액 중의 단백질을 분해하는 분해단계를 포함한다.

- 잡균의 오염을 방지하기 위해 도축장의 혈액 발생지 및 상기 혈액이 이동하는 통로에 황국균을 살포하는 전처리단계와;
상기 도축장에서 발생한 혈액을 수집하는 수집단계와;
상기 수집단계에서 수집된 혈액에 단백질 분해효소를 가하여 상기 혈액 중의 단백질을 분해하는 분해단계;를 포함하고,
상기 분해단계는 a)상기 단백질 분해효소를 상기 혈액 100중량부에 대하여 0.1중량부를 첨가하여 46 내지 50℃에서 3 내지 5시간 동안 분해하는 제 1단계와, b)상기 제 1단계 완료 후 상기 단백질 분해효소를 상기 혈액 100중량부에 대하여 0.05중량부를 더 첨가하여 46 내지 50℃에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 분해하는 제 2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축의 생 혈액으로부터 아미노산의 생산방법. - 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 단백질 분해효소는 단백질을 펩타이드로 분해하는 효소 및 상기 펩타이드를 아미노산으로 분해하는 효소를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 가축의 생 혈액으로부터 아미노산의 생산방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 수집단계는 상기 혈액의 이송경로에 진공펌프를 연결하여 상기 혈액을 이송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축의 생 혈액으로부터 아미노산의 생산방법.
