Description
또한, 본 발명에서 상기 고분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물을 조성하는 단계에서 상기 콜라겐 액상 부산물에 파인애플 부산물을 투입하고 혼합한 후에는 25~50℃로 24~48시간 반응시키고, 상기 중분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물을 조성하는 단계에서 상기 고분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물에 단백질 분해효소를 투입하고 혼합한 후에는 30~40℃로 24~48시간 반응시키며, 상기 저분자 콜라겐 아미노산을 조성하는 단계에서 상기 중분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물에 균주를 접종한 후에는 25~50℃로 24~48시간 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 돈피 또는 우피로부터 콜라겐을 추출한 후 폐처리되는 콜라겐 액상 부산물을 선별하는 단계(S10)와;
상기 선별된 콜라겐 액상 부산물 100중량부에 대하여, 파인애플의 가공공정에서 발생하는 파인애플 부산물 1~10중량부를 투입한 다음 혼합하여 고분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물을 조성하는 단계(S20)와;
상기 조성된 고분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물 100중량부에 대하여, 펩신(Pepsin), 트립신(Trypsin), 키모트립신(Chymotrypsin), 파파인(Papain) 및 브로멜라인(Bromelain)으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 단백질 분해효소 0.1~1중량부를 투입한 후 혼합하여 중분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물을 조성하는 단계(S30)와;
상기 조성된 중분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물에 단백질 분해능 및 항균 활성이 우수한 균주를 접종한 후 반응시켜 저분자 콜라겐 아미노산을 조성하는 단계(S40)와;
상기 조성된 저분자 콜라겐 아미노산에 다량요소 및 미량요소를 혼합하여 액상 혼합물을 조성하는 단계(S50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐처리되는 가축 부산물을 원료로 하는 기능성 비료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물을 조성하는 단계(S20)에서 상기 콜라겐 액상 부산물에 파인애플 부산물을 투입하고 혼합한 후에는 25~50℃로 24~48시간 반응시키고,
상기 중분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물을 조성하는 단계(S30)에서 상기 고분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물에 단백질 분해효소를 투입하고 혼합한 후에는 30~40℃로 24~48시간 반응시키며,
상기 저분자 콜라겐 아미노산을 조성하는 단계(S40)에서 상기 중분자 젤라틴 액상 부산물에 균주를 접종한 후에는 25~50℃로 24~48시간 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐처리되는 가축 부산물을 원료로 하는 기능성 비료의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자 콜라겐 아미노산을 조성하는 단계(S40)에서 접종되는 균주는 토양 또는 청국장으로부터 추출된 균주로서 3세대 이상 계대배양시켜 분리한 바실러스 아밀로리퀴파시언스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐처리되는 가축 부산물을 원료로 하는 기능성 비료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 혼합물을 조성하는 단계는 상기 저분자 콜라겐 아미노산 100중량부에 대하여, 다량요소 15~70중량부 및 미량요소 0.5~10중량부가 혼합되어 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐처리되는 가축 부산물을 원료로 하는 기능성 비료의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 다량요소는 질산, 요소, 황산암모늄, 질산암모늄, 질산암모늄칼슘, 질산칼륨, 인산, 인산암모늄, 인산칼륨, 황산칼륨 및 수산화칼륨 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상이고,
상기 미량요소는 황산금속수화물, 요오드산칼륨, 요오드산칼슘, 아셀렌산나트륨, 몰리브덴산나트륨 및 붕산 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐처리되는 가축 부산물을 원료로 하는 기능성 비료의 제조방법.
