Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の自動車用のバッテリーを冷却する装置は、バッテリー1を配置し収容するための冷却板3を備え、この冷却板3の全表面上での均一な熱吸収及び熱分配を可能とし、冷却装置の熱伝達手段4,8,10が冷却板3と機械的ストレス下で熱的に接触していることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 自動車用のバッテリーを冷却する装置であって、
バッテリーを配置し収容するための冷却板(3)を備え、この冷却板(3)の全表面上での均一な熱吸収及び熱分配を可能とし、冷却装置の熱伝達手段(4,8,10)が上記冷却板(3)と機械的ストレス下で熱的に接触していることを特徴とする自動車のバッテリー(1)を冷却するための装置。 - 上記熱伝達手段(4,8,10)は、上記機械的ストレスを生むために、接触力を加えるための弾力性且つ柔軟性の要素と上記冷却板(3)の間に配置されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 接触力を上記冷却板(3)に加え、上記冷却板(3)から熱を除去するために、加圧された柔軟性冷却ホース(8)が熱伝達手段として上記冷却板(3)に配置されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 上記柔軟性冷却ホース(8)は、加硫処理した冷却板(3)とのハイブリッドホースとして構成されている請求項3記載の装置。
- 上記熱伝達手段(4,8,10)は、機械的締結手段(5)によって上記冷却板(3)に固定される請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- さらに、上記熱伝達手段(4,8、10)は、上記冷却板(3)に接着によって接合される請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記熱伝達手段(4,8,10)は、ストレス下においてバッテリー筐体底部(7)又は支持板(6)と、上記冷却板(3)との間に配置される請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記熱伝達手段(4,8,10)は、接触圧を生むために、柔軟性の水平化要素(9)と冷却板(3)との間に配置され、留め具要素(14)を備えたフレーム(13)が、上記冷却板(3)を保持するために設けられ、上記放熱装置を組み立てる際に、上記冷却装置(3)が上記留め具要素(14)に挟み込み可能に構成されている請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の装置。
