Claims (10)
- 電極リードを含む複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電極リードを連結するバスバー、および
前記電極リードと接触する温度調節装置
を含み、
前記温度調節装置は、前記電極リードと接触する熱伝達部材および加熱と冷却の可能な熱電素子を含み、
前記熱伝達部材は、金属層および前記金属層と前記電極リードとの間に位置する酸化金属層を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記金属層はアルミニウムを含み、
前記酸化金属層は酸化アルミニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記熱電素子は、印加される電力方向によって、冷却または加熱される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記バスバーまたは他の電極リードと接合される溶接部および前記溶接部と前記電池セルを連結する連結部を含み、
前記溶接部のうちの少なくとも一つは、その一面が前記バスバーまたは前記他の電極リードと接合され、前記一面と対向する他面が前記温度調節装置と接触する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記温度調節装置は、前記熱電素子を前記熱伝達部材に固定させる第1ボルトを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードが通過するスリットが形成されたバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記バスバーが前記バスバーフレームに装着される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記温度調節装置は、前記熱伝達部材を前記バスバーフレームに固定させる第2ボルトを含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記温度調節装置は、前記熱電素子および前記熱伝達部材を前記バスバーフレームに固定させる第3ボルトを含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記電池セル積層体の一側および前記一側と対向する他側に位置し、
前記バスバーフレームは前記電池セル積層体の前記一側および前記他側に位置する、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを一つ以上含む電池パック。
