Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による発光ダイオードパッケージは、上面側に複数の溝17を有する板10と、前記板の上の反射層13と、前記板の上の発光ダイオード14と、前記発光ダイオードの上のモールディング部16と、を備え、前記複数の溝が前記発光ダイオードを囲んでいる。

Claims (12)
- 上面側に複数の溝を有する板と、
前記板の上の反射層と、
前記板の上の発光ダイオードと、
前記発光ダイオードの上のモールディング部と、
を備え、
前記複数の溝が前記発光ダイオードを囲んでいることを特徴とする発光ダイオードパッケージ。 - 前記板が金属板を含む請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記板が第1の部分および第2の部分を含み、前記複数の溝は前記板の第2の部分にある請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記発光ダイオードが前記板の第1の部分の上に設置され、前記反射層は前記板の第2の部分の上面に形成されている請求項3に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記板の前記第1の部分が平らな上面を含む請求項3に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記板の上の絶縁層をさらに含む請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記板の上の回路パターンをさらに含む請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記回路パターンの間に形成された第2の反射層をさらに含む請求項7に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記溝が形成されていない領域に前記回路パターンが形成されている請求項6に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記溝が前記金属板の上面側および下面側の両方に形成され、前記上側面に形成された前記溝と下側面に形成された前記溝は、同一垂直線上に形成されていない請求項1記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記板は、前記発光ダイオードが形成された上側方向に少なくとも一部が露出している請求項1記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 前記反射層は、酸化チタンと樹脂を主成分とし、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、及び酸化亜鉛のうち、少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
