Abstract
【解決手段】基板部4の両側に一対の芯線圧着片2,3を形成して電線圧着時に環状の芯線圧着部5を構成し、一方の芯線圧着片2の先端側を外向きに折り返して、外向きの反発力を有する折り返し部16を形成し、折り返し部の外側に他方の芯線圧着片3の先端側の覆い部17を配置して、覆い部の内面に折り返し部の外面を反発力で密着させた防水型圧着端子1を採用する。アンビル21に対向するクリンパ22に押圧用の一対の湾曲面24,25を段差面26を介して連続形成し、一方の湾曲面24の仮想延長面よりも他方の湾曲面25を外側に配置し、一方の湾曲面に沿って一方の芯線圧着片2を配置し、他方の湾曲面に沿って他方の芯線圧着片3を配置し、覆い部16の先端を段差面26に当接させつつ芯線圧着部をアンビルとクリンパとで圧着する。

Claims (4)
- 基板部の両側に一対の芯線圧着片を形成して電線圧着時に環状の芯線圧着部を構成した圧着端子において、一方の芯線圧着片の先端側を外向きに折り返して、外向きの反発力を有する折り返し部を形成し、該折り返し部の外側に他方の芯線圧着片の先端側の覆い部を配置して、該覆い部の内面に該折り返し部の外面を該反発力で密着させたことを特徴とする防水型圧着端子。
- 前記覆い部の先端側部分が折り返し部の先端よりも長く延長されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の防水型圧着端子。
- 請求項1又は2記載の防水型圧着端子の圧着方法であって、アンビルに対向するクリンパに押圧用の一対の湾曲面を段差面を介して連続形成し、一方の湾曲面の仮想延長面よりも他方の湾曲面を外側に配置し、該一方の湾曲面に沿って前記一方の芯線圧着片を配置し、該他方の湾曲面に沿って前記他方の芯線圧着片を配置し、前記覆い部の先端を該段差面に当接させつつ前記芯線圧着部を該アンビルとクリンパとで圧着することを特徴とする防水型圧着端子の圧着方法。
- 電線圧着前において前記折り返し部を前記一方の芯線圧着片から外向きに離間させたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の防水型圧着端子の圧着方法。
