Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は有機発光表示装置に関し、本発明の実施形態による有機発光表示装置は基板部材と、前記基板部材上に形成された画素電極と、前記画素電極上に形成された有機発光層と、前記有機発光層上に形成された共通電極と、前記共通電極上に形成されて結晶化された光散乱層と、を含み、前記光散乱層は、a−NPD、NPB、TPD、m−MTDATA、Alq3、PBD、及びCuPcの中一つ以上を含む有機膜である。

Claims (5)
- 基板部材と、
前記基板部材上に形成された画素電極と、
前記画素電極上に形成された有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に形成された共通電極と、
前記共通電極上に形成されて結晶化された光散乱層と、
を含み、
前記光散乱層は、a−NPD、NPB、TPD、m−MTDATA、Alq3、PBD、及びCuPcの中一つ以上を含む有機膜であることを特徴とする、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記光散乱層は、結晶化された有機膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記光散乱層は、熱処理工程を通して結晶化されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記光散乱層は、非結晶状態の有機膜より相対的に高い表面粗度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光層は、前記共通電極方向に光を放出して画像を表示することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
