Claims (10)
- 基板部材と、
前記基板部材上に形成される複数の画素電極と、
前記画素電極を露出させる複数の開口部を備えて前記基板部材上に形成される画素定義膜と、
前記画素定義膜の開口部内で前記画素電極上に形成される複数の有機発光層と、
陥没形成される複数のレンズ収納部を有して前記基板部材に対向配置されて、前記有機発光層および前記画素定義膜をカバーする封止部材と、
前記複数のレンズ収納部に各々形成される複数の集光部材と、
を含み、
前記集光部材による集光領域は前記画素定義膜上に位置することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素定義膜は光を吸収する物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記集光領域に配置された遮光部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 一つの前記集光部材は複数の前記画素電極をカバーすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止部材のレンズ収納部は球面を有し、
前記集光部材は前記レンズ収納部に充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記封止部材と前記画素定義膜との間に配置される充填部材をさらに含み、
前記集光部材は前記充填部材の一部が前記レンズ収納部に充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記レンズ収納部は前記有機発光層と対向する前記封止部材の一面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一つに記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記集光部材は前記封止部材より屈折率が大きい物質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記レンズ収納部は前記有機発光層と対向する前記封止部材の一面の反対となる他面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一つに記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記集光部材は前記封止部材より屈折率が小さい物質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
