Description
1.トラックの乗員室、乗用車室及び/又はシャシー構造等の主要な車両質量の動きを受動的に減衰させること;
2.乗り心地レベルの制御:
a.トラックで使用される場合、乗員室のレベル、
b.乗用車で使用される場合、ボディーのレベル;及び
3.アクチュエータ内の圧力差によって懸架力を生成することによる、トラックの乗員室、乗用車室及び/又はシャシー構造等の車両質量のアクティブ懸架。
(i)Δp1がΔppumpに等しい場合(図7Bでx=l)に最小となり;
(ii)Δp1がΔppumpよりも小さく、ゼロよりも大きい場合(図7Bで0<x<l)に中間の値となり;
(iii)Δp1がゼロに等しい場合(図7Bでx=0)に最大となる。
上記で説明した例では、圧力値xは、0バールと100バールとの間で変化するが、構造的要件に従って他の値も当てはまるであろう。
・ポンプ:流れ、圧力(入口及び/又は出口)、回転速度等...
・弁:圧力及び/又は圧力低下、流れ、コイルの電流等...
・シリンダ:一方又は両方の室内の圧力、ピストン−変位等を決定する。
Claims (36)
- 被懸架構造及び車輪ベースを有する陸上車用の多点油圧懸架システムであって、
該油圧懸架システムは、
前記車輪ベースに対する前記被懸架構造の相対的な位置決めのための、前記被懸架構造と前記車輪ベースとの間に動作可能に配置される2以上の個別油圧アクチュエータと、
所与の圧力を有する加圧流体の共通供給部と、
前記所与の圧力を増加するための、入口及び出口を有する選択的に動作可能なポンプであって、前記出口は前記加圧流体の共通供給部と流体連通する、前記ポンプと、
前記ポンプの前記入口と選択的に流体連通する流体貯蔵器と、
前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータの各々を前記加圧流体の共通供給部と選択的に流体連通させるための、前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータの各々と前記加圧流体の共通供給部との間に配置される制御可能な弁手段と、
前記弁手段及び前記ポンプを制御するための制御ユニットとを含み、
前記制御ユニットは、使用時に、
ポンプ動作の選択的中断を含む、真っすぐな状態での運転時に主要な車両質量の移動を受動的に減衰させ、
前記車両の運転を準備するうえで一度だけ乗車レベル高さを制御し、
実質的に旋回、加速、減速及び制動に関する運転条件のために、動的懸架及び移動制御に備える
ように構成される、油圧懸架システム。 - 前記少なくとも2つの個別油圧アクチュエータの各々は、前記アクチュエータと前記制御可能な弁手段との間に配置される少なくとも1つのショック・アブソーバ弁を有する、請求項1に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 第四の個別及び独立の油圧アクチュエータを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記加圧流体の共通供給部は油圧回路である、請求項1、2又は3に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記選択的に動作可能なポンプは、電源函のような電気油圧電力モジュールである、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記ポンプは、他のポンプを除外して、前記システムの唯一のポンプである、請求項5に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記システムはアキュムレータを更に含む、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記制御可能な弁手段は、前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータの各々に関連する第一圧力制御弁及び第二圧力制御弁を含む、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記アクチュエータは、行程容積を可能にする可動要素と、前記可動要素によって分けられる第一及び第二アクチュエータ容積とを含む、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記制御可能な弁手段は、それぞれ、前記第一及び第二アクチュエータ容積の各々を前記加圧流体の供給部に選択的に接続するために、前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータの各々に関連する第一圧力制御弁及び第二圧力制御弁を含む、請求項9に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータのうち少なくとも一つは、リニア・アクチュエータである、請求項9又は10に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記リニア・アクチュエータは、入れ子式ピストン及びシリンダ組立品である、請求項11に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記入れ子式ピストン及びシリンダ組立品は、商用化されている油圧ショック・アブソーバを変更したものである、請求項12に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記被懸架構造は車両のボディーである、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記被懸架構造は乗員室である、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記被懸架構造はシャシーである、請求項14又は15以外の前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記車輪ベースは単一の車輪組立品である、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記車輪ベースは少なくとも2つの独立車輪組立品を含む、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記陸上車は原動機に関連する、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 追加の受動荷重支持要素が、前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータのうちの少なくとも一つに関連する、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記受動荷重支持要素は、質量の実質的な部分を支えるため、前記少なくとも2つのアクチュエータのうちの少なくとも一つと並列に設けられる懸架バネである、請求項20に記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
- 前記弁手段及び前記ポンプを制御するための前記制御ユニットは、ステアリング、ブレーキ、車輪、ボディー構造、スロットル、ギヤボックスその他を含む群から選択される車両構成要素から得られるパラメータに関連するセンサ情報を受け取るように構成される、前述の請求項のうち何れかに記載の多点油圧懸架システム。
