Claims (22)
- 第1の端部と第2の端部とを備えているヨークであって、開口部と範囲補償構造体とを備えている機器を保持するように構成されている前記ヨークと、
前記ヨークの前記第1の端部に回動可能に固定されているキャッチアームであって、ロック機構を備えている前記キャッチアームと、
を備えている装置において、
前記ロック機構と前記ヨークの前記第2の端部とのそれぞれが、前記開口部及び前記範囲補償構造体によって形成されている第1の保持機構と第2の保持機構とに連結し、
前記ロック機構が、前記第1の保持機構に連結するように構成され、
前記ヨークの前記第2の端部が、前記第2の保持機構に連結するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ヨークには、前記機器上に配設されているリムを受容するように構成されている溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ヨークの前記第2の端部が、丸められた突起を有しているピボット機構を備えており、
前記第1の保持機構が、前記開口部と前記範囲補償構造体とのうち少なくとも1つに、切欠を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ロック機構が、フックを備えており、
前記第2の保持機構が、前記開口部と前記範囲補償構造体とのうち少なくとも1つに、切欠を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記キャッチアームの回転を阻止するために、前記ヨークによって形成されているキャッチアームロック機構であって、前記機器のキャッチアームロックに係合するための前記キャッチアームロック機構をさらに備えており、
前記キャッチアームロックが、前記キャッチアームロック機構を係合するように位置決め可能なラッチプレートを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記キャッチアームロック機構が、バネによって前記ラッチプレートを付勢するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記キャッチアームのロック位置及びロック解除位置を検出するために、インジケータスイッチをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのバネによって付勢されるようになっているプランジャを前記ヨーク上にさらに備えており、前記ロック機構に対して前記機器を付勢するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 機器を機器ホルダに装着する方法であって、
前記機器ホルダのヨークによって形成されているピボット機構によって受容されるように、前記機器によって形成されている第1の保持機構を位置決めする段階と、
前記機器を前記ピボット機構の上方で移動させ、前記機器ホルダ内に移動させる段階と、
前記ヨークに回動可能に固定されたキャッチアームによって形成されているロック機構によって、前記機器によって形成されている第2の保持機構を固定する段階と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ヨークによって形成されている溝によって、前記機器によって規定されているリムを位置合わせする段階をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 基部と、
前記基部に設けられている複数のローラであって、プロトンアプリケータを支持するように構成されている前記複数のローラと、
前記基部に設けられている少なくとも1つの位置合わせブロックであって、プロトンアプリケータの対応する位置合わせ用ポストを受容するように構成されている前記少なくとも1つの位置合わせブロックと、
前記基部に設けられているロッククランプであって、
クランプバーと、
前記クランプバーに取り付けられているハンドルと、
前記基部によって担持されている回転可能な軸と、
前記クランプバー及び前記軸に固定されている第1のヒンジ第2のヒンジであって、前記第1のヒンジ及び前記第2のヒンジそれぞれが、
カム開口部とカム経路スロットとを形成しているヒンジブロックと、
前記軸に固定され、前記ヒンジブロックの前記カム開口部内で回転可能に担持されているカムと、
前記基部に配設されているカム経路突起であって、前記カム経路スロットによって受容されるように構成されている前記カム経路突起と、
を備えている前記第1のヒンジ及び前記第2のヒンジと、
を備えているロッククランプと、
を備えているプロトンアプリケータマウントにおいて、
前記カム開口部と前記カム経路スロットとが、前記軸を中心とする前記ヒンジブロックの回転運動及び径方向の運動を案内するようになっていることを特徴とするプロトンアプリケータマウント。 - 前記カムが、前記カムの回転を制限するために、前記ヒンジブロックによって形成されている対応するカム開口部制限機構によって受容されるように構成されている制限機構を形成していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- 前記クランプバーが、前記プロトンアプリケータの対応する位置合わせ用ポストを受容するように構成されている少なくとも1つの位置合わせブロックを備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- 前記プロトンアプリケータを位置合わせするように構成されているV字形継手機構を前記基部上にさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- 前記位置合わせブロックが、略V字形の溝を形成していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- 前記位置合わせブロックが、略円錐形の容器が形成していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- 前記ハンドルが、前記基部に配設されたラッチ受容部によって受容されるように構成されているラッチを備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- 前記第1のヒンジ及び前記第2のヒンジの各カムがバネによって付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロトンアプリケータマウント。
- プロトンアプリケータのための運搬カートであって、
カート本体と、
前記カート本体の上側部分に配設されている複数のローラであって、プロトンアプリケータを支持するように構成されている前記複数のローラと、
前記カート本体から外方に突出しているドッキング突起を備えている少なくとも1つのドッキングインターロックであって、ドッキングの目標物に配設されたドッキングプレートによって受容されるように構成されている前記少なくとも1つのドッキングインターロックと、
前記ドッキング突起に回動可能に取り付けられているドッキングカムであって、前記ドッキングの目標物に対して前記カートを保持するために、前記ドッキングプレートを係合するように構成されている前記ドッキングカムと、
前記カート本体の前記上側部分に回動可能に取り付けられ、バネによってロック位置に付勢されているロックカムであって、前記プロトンアプリケータを保持するように構成されている前記ロックカムを備えている少なくとも1つのアプリケータインターロックと、
を備えていることを特徴とするプロトンアプリケータのための運搬カート。 - プロトンアプリケータを放射線ビーム送出システム上に装着する方法であって、
前記放射線ビーム送出システムに対して前記プロトンアプリケータを担持する運搬カートをドッキングし、前記運搬カートの少なくとも1つのドッキングインターロックが前記運搬カートを係合しこれを前記放射線ビーム送出システムに対して保持する段階であって、前記ドッキングインターロックが、
前記カート本体から外側に突き出し、前記放射線ビーム送出システム上に配設されたドッキングプレートによって受容されるように構成されたドッキング突起と、
前記ドッキング突起に枢着され、前記放射線ビーム送出システムに対して前記カートを保持するために前記ドッキングプレートを係合するように構成されたドッキングカムとを有する、段階と、
前記プロトンアプリケータを、前記プロトンアプリケータを支持し前記運搬カート上に配設された複数のカートローラ上を横切って、前記放射線ビーム送出システムのプロトンアプリケータマウント上に配設された複数のマウントローラ上に移動させる段階とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記プロトンアプリケータを移動させる前に、前記カート上に配設されたアプリケータインターロックを分離する段階をさらに含み、前記アプリケータインターロックが、前記カートに枢着され前記プロトンアプリケータを保持するように構成されたロックカムを備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記プロトンアプリケータを受けた後に、前記プロトンアプリケータマウントの基部上に配設されたロッククランプを係合する段階をさらに含む請求項21に記載の方法であって、前記ロッククランプが、
クランプバーと、
前記クランプバーに取り付けられたハンドルと、
前記基部によって担持された回転可能な軸と、
前記クランプバーに固定された第1のヒンジ及び前記軸に固定された第2のヒンジであって、それぞれが、
カム開口部とカム経路スロットとを画定するヒンジブロックと、
前記軸に固定され、対応するヒンジブロックの前記カム開口部内で回転可能に担持されたカムと、
前記基部上に配設され前記カム経路スロットによって受容されるように構成されたカム経路突起とを備えるヒンジとを備えるロッククランプとを備え、前記カム開口部及び前記カム経路スロットが、前記軸周囲での前記ヒンジブロックの回転運動及び半径方向の運動を案内することを特徴とする方法。
