Abstract
【解決手段】X線管101と、2次元X線検出器103と、X線管とX線検出器とを回転可能に支持する回転機構102と、高電圧発生部109と、X線検出器の出力に基づいてマルチスライスの断層像データ又はボリュームデータを再構成する再構成処理部114と、複数の表示部116、117、118と、記X線管を連続的に回転させ、X線管の回転軌道上の複数箇所においてパルス状のX線を繰り返し発生させ、X線の発生に同期してX線検出器から出力されるデータに基づいて複数箇所にそれぞれ対応付けた複数の表示部に投影画像を動画として即時的に表示させるために回転機構と高電圧発生部と表示部とを制御する透視制御部120とを具備する。

Description
(肝臓癌TAE(塞栓術)
(1) 単純CTを撮影して広視野エリアデテクタを装備したADCT Volume Scan(16cm)で透視する範囲を決定する。
(2)平面透視機能を用いて、カテーテルをSMA(上腸間脈動脈)に持って行き、Volume Scanで,CTAP(門脈造影)を撮影する。
(3)平面透視にて、カテーテルを総肝動脈に持って行き,Volume ScanでCTAを撮影する。
(4)CTAより血管の3次元画像を作成し、腫瘍への栄養血管を同定する。
(5)3次元画像を確認しながらマイクロカテーテルを操作し腫瘍の栄養血管に持って行く。
(6)CTAにて腫瘍の染まりを確認する。
(7)平面透視にて確認しながら腫瘍へ塞栓物を投入する。
(8)CTAにて腫瘍に塞栓物が行き渡ったことを確認する。
(1)単純CTを撮影してADCT Volume Scan(16cm)で透視する範囲を決定する。
(2)3次元画像を作成し、腫瘍に到達するまでに気管支や血管を傷つけない針のガイドを検討する。
(3)ガイドに沿って,主要な血管や気管支が分かりやすい表示角度を算出する。
(4)その角度になるように架台の回転位置やチルトを行い、平面透視にて確認する。
(5)架台を回転させながらステレオ撮影し、立体視し、生検用の針を周りの血管や気管支の位置を確認しながらターゲットの腫瘍まで進める。
(6)必要に応じて,表示位置を変更させてこの操作を繰り返す。
Claims (6)
- X線管と、
2次元状に配列された複数のX線検出素子を有するX線検出器と、
前記X線管と前記X線検出器とを回転可能に支持する回転機構と、
前記X線管からX線を発生させるために前記X線管に印加される高電圧を発生する高電圧発生部と、
前記X線検出器の出力に基づいてマルチスライスの断層像データ又はボリュームデータを再構成する再構成処理部と、
複数の表示部と、
前記X線管と前記X線検出器とを連続的に回転させ、前記X線管の回転軌道上の複数箇所においてパルス状のX線を繰り返し発生させ、前記X線の発生に同期して前記X線検出器から出力されるデータに基づいて前記複数箇所にそれぞれ対応付けた前記複数の表示部に投影画像を動画として即時的に表示させるために、前記回転機構と前記高電圧発生部と前記表示部とを制御する透視制御部とを具備することを特徴とするX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記複数箇所は5−10°の範囲の何れかの角度差を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記投影画像はステレオ視可能に前記表示部に表示されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記X線管と前記X線検出器との回転軸を傾斜させるチルト機構をさらに備え、
前記透視制御部は、前記連続的な回転、前記X線の発生及び前記投影画像の表示と並行して操作者指示に従って前記回転軸を傾斜させるために前記チルト機構を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記透視制御部は、前記連続的な回転、前記X線の発生及び前記投影画像の表示と並行して操作者指示に従って前記X線管の回転軌道上の複数箇所を変位させるために前記高電圧発生部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記再構成されたマルチスライスの断層像データ又はボリュームデータから前記複数箇所それぞれを視点とした複数の2次元画像を生成する3次元画像処理部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
