Abstract
【解決手段】第1基板210、第2基板230及び前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に備える有機発光素子を含む表示領域DAと前記第2基板よりもさらに延長された前記第1基板の領域である非表示領域NAを含み、前記非表示領域に位置する加熱制御部290を含む表示パネル200、前記表示パネルの外側又は内側に位置して前記表示パネルに熱を加える加熱部300及び一側は前記加熱部に電気的に接続され、他の一側は前記加熱制御部に電気的に接続される温度制御部350を含む有機発光表示装置100を提供する。

Claims (18)
- 第1基板、第2基板及び前記第1基板と前記第2基板間に備える有機発光素子を含む表示領域と前記第2基板よりもさらに延長された前記第1基板の領域である非表示領域とを含み、前記非表示領域に位置する加熱制御部をも含む表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの外側又は内側に位置して前記表示パネルに熱を加える加熱部と、
一側は前記加熱部に電気的に接続し、他の一側は前記加熱制御部に電気的に接続する温度制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記温度制御部は、バイメタルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記表示領域は、前記第1基板及び前記第2基板との間に位置し、前記有機発光素子に電気的に接続する薄膜トランジスタをさらに含み、
前記薄膜トランジスタは、非晶質シリコンで形成される半導体層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記加熱制御部は、
前記表示パネルが画像を表示するか否かを判断して表示パネルの状態を出力する判断部と、
前記判断部から出力される信号を入力して電圧を供給する電源供給部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記電源供給部から供給される電圧は、前記温度制御部を経て前記加熱部に印加されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記温度制御部の一側は前記加熱部に接触されて電気的に接続され、前記温度制御部の他の一側は前記加熱制御部から延長されたリード端子に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記第1基板の外面に位置し、前記第1基板に対応する大きさに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記温度制御部は、前記第1基板に形成されるホールに配置され、前記加熱部に接触されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記第1基板の外面に位置し、前記表示領域に対応する大きさに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1基板の外面のうち前記加熱部が位置する領域以外の領域には補助層が位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記温度制御部は、前記加熱部の側面に配置され、前記加熱部に接触されることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記第1基板の内面に位置し、前記表示領域に対応する大きさに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記温度制御部は前記加熱部の側面に配置されて、前記加熱部と接触されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 表示パネルが画像を表示するか否かを判断部が判断し、前記表示パネルが画像を表示しなければ電源供給部が電圧を出力する段階と、
前記出力される電圧が温度制御部を経て前記表示パネルの外側又は内側に位置する加熱部に印加されて前記表示パネルに熱を加える段階と、
前記温度制御部が特定温度で前記加熱部に印加する電圧を遮断する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の動作方法。 - 前記特定温度は、前記表示パネルの非晶質シリコン薄膜に加わる温度が80〜100℃であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置の動作方法。
- 前記温度制御部は、一側が前記電源供給部に電気的に接続し、他の一側が前記加熱部に電気的に接続し、前記電源供給部から出力される電圧を前記加熱部に印加することを特徴とする請求項14または請求項15に記載の有機発光表示装置の動作方法。
- 前記温度制御部は、一側が前記電源供給部から延長されたリード端子に接続し、他の一側は前記加熱部に接触されて、前記電源供給部から出力される電圧を前記加熱部に印加することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の有機発光表示装置の動作方法。
- 前記温度制御部は、前記加熱部に接触される一側が前記特定温度で前記加熱部に対して反対方向に曲がって、前記加熱部に印加する電圧を遮断することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の有機発光表示装置の動作方法。
