Claims (10)
- テトラアルコキシオルトケイ酸塩またはその部分縮合オリゴマーと水酸基を含むエポキシ樹脂との反応生成物を含む塗料組成物であって、少なくとも70体積%の固体含量および/または250g/l以下の揮発性有機含量(VOC)を有する、塗料組成物。
- 水酸基を含む前記エポキシ樹脂が、脂肪族エポキシ樹脂である、請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。
- 水酸基を含む前記エポキシ樹脂が、1種または複数種の、水酸基を含む脂肪族エポキシ樹脂と1種または複数種の、水酸基を含む芳香族エポキシ樹脂とのブレンドである、請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。
- テトラアルコキシオルトケイ酸塩またはその部分縮合オリゴマーと水酸基を含む脂肪族エポキシ樹脂との脱アルコール縮合反応によって得られる、ケイ酸塩修飾エポキシ樹脂。
- (i)テトラアルコキシケイ酸塩またはその部分縮合オリゴマーと、(ii)1種または複数種の、水酸基を含む脂肪族エポキシ樹脂と1種または複数種の、水酸基を含む芳香族エポキシ樹脂とのブレンドとの、脱アルコール縮合反応によって得られる、ケイ酸塩修飾エポキシ樹脂。
- 触媒の存在下で、(i)テトラアルコキシオルトケイ酸塩もしくはその部分縮合オリゴマーと、水酸基を含む脂肪族エポキシ樹脂との混合物、または(ii)テトラアルコキシオルトケイ酸塩もしくはその部分縮合オリゴマーと、1種もしくは複数種の、水酸基を含む脂肪族エポキシ樹脂と1種もしくは複数種の、水酸基を含む芳香族エポキシ樹脂とのブレンドとの混合物を加熱することによる、請求項4または5に記載のケイ酸塩修飾エポキシ樹脂の調製方法。
- 基板を塗布するための、請求項4または5に記載のケイ酸塩修飾エポキシ樹脂の使用。
- (i)請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物を基板上に適用するステップ、および(ii)適用された塗料組成物を硬化させるステップを含む、基板の塗布方法。
- 前記硬化が、−5〜30℃の範囲の温度で実行される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項8または9に記載の方法によって得られる、塗布された基板。
