Claims (3)
- 自発光型光源からの光抽出を強化するための多機能光学フィルムであって、
可撓性基板と、
第1の屈折率を有する抽出要素の構造化層であって、前記光学フィルムが前記自発光型光源に対して配置されたとき、前記抽出要素の実質的な部分が、前記自発光型光源の発光領域に隣接するエバネセント区域内にある、構造化層と、
前記第1の屈折率と異なる第2の屈折率を有する材料を含む充填材層であって、該充填材層が、前記抽出要素の上で平坦化層を形成する、充填材層と、を含む多機能光学フィルム。 - 可撓性基板の上に第1の屈折率を有する有機材料の層をコーティングする工程と、
前記有機材料の中にナノ構造化形状を付与してナノ構造化表面を作製する工程と、
前記ナノ構造化表面に充填材層を塗布して前記ナノ構造化表面上に平坦化層を形成する工程と、を含む、光抽出を強化するための光学フィルムを作製する方法であって、
前記充填材層が、前記第1の屈折率と異なる第2の屈折率を有する材料を含み、
前記光学フィルムが自発光型光源に対して配置されたとき、前記ナノ構造化形状の実質的な部分が、自発光型光源の発光領域に隣接するエバネセント区域内にある、方法。 - 光抽出を強化するための光学フィルムを作製するための方法であって、
第1の屈折率を有するナノ粒子を可撓性基板の上に塗布する工程であって、前記光学フィルムが自発光型光源に対して配置されたとき、前記ナノ粒子の実質的な部分が、自発光型光源の発光領域に隣接するエバネセント区域内にある、工程と、
前記ナノ粒子上に充填材層をオーバーコーティングして前記ナノ粒子の上に平坦化層を形成する工程であって、前記充填材層が前記第1の屈折率と異なる第2の屈折率を有する材料を含む工程と、を含む、方法。
